Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the eccentricity of a spigot-joint part independent of the shape of a stator core or the precision in dimensions, by embedding a rein forcing metal fitting in an opening for lead-out of a lead wire or others simulta neously with aluminum die casting or molding. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing metal fitting 2 formed by pressing a steel plate or the like which withstands sufficiently the eccentricity of an opening of the end face of a spigot-joint part of a motor casing is embedded in and fixed to an opening of the end face of the motor casing 1 by aluminum die casting or monolithic molding. A groove H of the reinforcing metal fitting is so set that a bush through which a lead wire is passed and of which the size is so determined as to enable fitting thereof is inserted into phiD. Even when a relatively soft material such as aluminum or resin material is used for the motor casing, accordingly, reinforcement of the spigot-joint part of the motor casing is enabled, generation of an extraordinary sound and an accident of locking of a motor rotor are prevented and stability can be ensured. Besides, an assembly operation is facilitated and execution of automatic assembly is also enabled.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the casing material is aluminum.
When using a relatively soft material such as a resin material and a casing manufactured by aluminum die casting or mold shaping, avoid installing an opening on the end surface of the casing as much as possible, and make a hole for lead wires etc. in the casing. Since it is handled by opening it in the center part, thickening the casing inlay part, and inserting reinforcing ribs, it is possible to increase the outer diameter of the motor, increase the overall length, and downsize the motor. There wasn't. Furthermore, if a hole for leading out a lead wire or the like is installed in the central portion of the casing, the stator core is press-fitted while passing the lead wire through the hole in the casing.

A relatively soft material such as an aluminum material or a resin material is used for the casing of an electric motor, and a casing manufactured by aluminum die casting or molding is used, and an opening portion of the casing end surface is required. However, if there is a restriction on the outer diameter of the electric motor, and the shape of the stator core is not a perfect circle but a rectangular shape or an oval shape is press-fitted, the casing inlay part will change to the shape of the stator core. Because of eccentricity depending on the movement, the air gap between the stator core and the rotor core becomes non-uniform, causing abnormal noise, or causing an accident in which the stator core and rotor core are in contact with each other and the motor is restrained. It was.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention embeds and fixes a reinforcing metal fitting press-molded with a steel plate or the like which is sufficiently resistant to the eccentricity of a casing inlay portion installed in advance, at the end face opening portion of the casing during die casting or molding. Therefore, the object is to eliminate the eccentricity of the spigot portion and improve the accuracy without being influenced by the shape and dimensional accuracy of the stator core.

If there is a restriction on the outer diameter of the motor, and the shape of the stator core is not a perfect circle but a rectangular or oval shape is press-fitted due to material removal, etc., the eccentricity of the spigot part of the casing By constructing a structure in which reinforcing metal fittings that are press-molded with a sufficiently durable steel plate are embedded and fixed at the same time during die casting or molding, the casing inlay part does not depend on the shape of the stator core and is not eccentric. The work is performed easily and surely.

[Operation] When the casing of the electric motor is made of a relatively soft material such as aluminum or resin, and the casing manufactured by aluminum die casting or molding is used, the opening is conventionally provided on the end face of the casing. Things were avoided as much as possible, the wall thickness was increased, and reinforcement ribs were installed.

The present invention uses a relatively soft material such as an aluminum material or a resin material for a casing of an electric motor, uses a casing manufactured by aluminum die casting or mold shaping, and requires an opening at the end face of the casing. In FIGS. 1 and 2, at the opening of the end face of the motor casing 1, as shown in FIG. 3, a reinforcing metal fitting 2 is press-molded with a steel plate or the like that is sufficiently resistant to the eccentricity of the opening of the end face of the motor casing inlay. It is embedded and fixed by die-casting or integral molding of a mold.

That is, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a relatively soft material such as an aluminum material or a resin material is used for the electric motor casing, and an electric motor casing is manufactured by aluminum die casting or molding to install an opening at the end face. In addition, since the shape of the stator core 3 is diverted from the point of material removal or the like to be a rectangle or an oval shape instead of being a perfect circle, the opening of the end face of the motor casing is weak in strength, and the outer diameter a of the stator core a As a result, eccentricity occurs in the spigot b portion of the electric motor casing and the non-contact portion of the stator core and the electric motor casing.

Therefore, since the inlay c portion of the end bracket 4 is fitted into the eccentricity of the motor casing inlay,
The bearing 5 and the shaft 6 having the casing and the end bracket as the main shafts are replaced, and the outer diameter of the rotor core 7 is swung,
An air gap h with the stator core cannot be ensured uniformly, resulting in abnormal noise. Especially when the eccentricity of the spigot is large, an accident may occur in which the stator core and the rotor core contact each other on the air gap and the rotor is restrained. Therefore, it is possible to reinforce the motor casing inlay part by embedding and fixing a reinforcing metal fitting press-molded with a steel plate or the like that can sufficiently withstand the eccentricity of the end face opening of the motor casing inlay, by embedding and fixing it with aluminum die casting or molding integrally. Work is of course easy, and lead wires can be pulled out easily, automatic assembly is possible, and the cost is reduced.
