Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of an insulator vertically, horizontally and back and forth in order to anchor a lifted insulator to a hole of a strained wire of a lower pipe member when a transmission line is anchored to a steel tower. CONSTITUTION:The lower ends of two booms 3 are pivotally attached to a pipe member P1. The upper ends of the booms are connected to each other by a boom head 5, and this boom head is provided with suspending hardware 5a and pulling hardware 5b. The booms have a turnbuckle structure, and are adustab1e in length. A chain 8a of a chain block 8 is held to both ends of a triangular yoke 7 which is held to the pulling hardware 5b, and the traction of a wire 9 causes the booms to rise and fall. In preparation for the fall of the booms in excess of the vertical position thereof, an insulator lifting device is provided with a hoisting limiter consisting of multistage cylinders c1, c2 and c3.

ターンバクルで結ばれている。ブームヘッド5は中央部
で吊下金具5aを支持し、これを跨いで引手金具5bが
回動可能に装着され、両端でブームの上端を係止する。
滑車装置6は吊下金具5aに懸垂され、ウインチの操作
で下方の碍子Gを吊上可能である。三角ヨーク7は2等
辺でその頂点の孔が引手金具5bに係止され、底辺には
中央と両端に孔が穿ってある。チェーンブロック8はチ
ェーン8aの端部が引手金具底辺端部孔へ係止され、本
体8にはワイヤ9が接続し、これが上パイプ部材P3を
