閉自在に設けるとともに、前記固定盤の上部に型開閉方
向に貫通する貫通孔と、この貫通孔を前記安全ドアに設
けたカム板により開閉するストッパ板とを設け、前記貫
通孔に向けて所要長さのロックロッドを可動盤上の支持
部材に貫挿して突設した型締安全装置において、 前記ロックロッドの支持部分をネジ軸となし、このネジ
軸と螺合するナット状で歯車を外周側に有する回転部材
を前記支持部材に内設するとともに、この支持部材の外
側に歯車を介して前記回転部材を正逆回転駆動するサー
ボモータまたはパルスモータ等のモータと、前記ネジ軸
の回転阻止部材とを設け、前記固定盤の受部材に前記ロ
ックロッドの先端位置確認用の近接スイッチをストッパ
板に接近して設けてなることを特徴とする射出成形機の
型締安全装置。
