Claims (5)
- 1.平面的構造を備える面状の中空鉄筋コンクリート床にして、気泡(3)をメ ッシュ(1)内に直接埋め込むことにより、特定の中空体、前記気泡(3)及び 二方向の補強材(1)が、固定された幾何学的且つ静的単位体として一体化され 、これにより、該気泡(3)の相互位置及びその水平方向での初期の固着が最終 的に固定され、前記気泡の頂部が上方の歩行可能なメッシュ(12)により、又 はこれと択一的な通常のバインダにより二次的に固定され、垂直方向の固着が二 つのメッシュ間の通常の結束によりなされ、これによって、鋼及び空気から成る 独立の空間的に安定した格子製品が形成され、当該格子製品は、継面無しのコン クリート内に埋め込まれる用意が整った、現場で形成でき又は予め組み立てた格 子要素として形成できることを特徴とする、面状の中空鉄筋コンクリート床。
- 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の中空鉄筋コンクリート床構造体にして、プラスチ ック(ポリプロピレン)等のような硬質な材料から成る極めて薄い殻体を備え、 楕円形又は同様の対称の形状である、中空で閉成された耐水性本体と、気泡(3 )と、を使用することを特徴とする中空鉄筋コンクリート床構造体。
- 3.請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の中空鉄筋コンクリート床構造体にして 、二つの可変の基本的な要素から形成される気泡(3)と、ボール状の端部片( 4)と、中間に設けられ、スナッブロック(6)等によって相互に密接に接続さ れる円筒状リンク(5)と、を使用することを特徴とする中空鉄筋コンクリート 床構造体。
- 4.請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項に記載の中空床構造体を製造する方法にして、 底部(16)を形成し得るように固定され且つ支持する二方向の補強材により底 部(1)に形成された、鋼及び空気から成る面状の安定的な格子の周囲にコンク リート接合し、前記気泡(3)が、前記底部内の二番目又は三番目メッシュ(2 )毎に配置され、同一又は半分のメッシュ寸法のマットレスとして又は気泡(3 )内の所定の「眼」(15)内に突き刺したバインダとして形成された上方メッ シュ(12)により頂部が安定化され、水平方向の安定性が前記気泡をメッシュ 内に埋め込むことにより得られ、垂直方向の安定性が上方メッシュ(12)と底 部メッシュ(1)との間の通常の結束(13)により得られることを特徴とする 方法。
- 5.請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項に記載の予め組み立てた中空床構造体にして、 気泡(3)を発泡底部(16)内でスペーサの上に交互に固定し、補強材(1) を該気泡(3)間でコンクリートウェブ(7)内に集中させることを特徴とする 予め組み立てた中空床構造体。
