Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an environmental problem after landfilling treatment by forming a water barrier sheet for the landfilling treatment with waste from a waterproof air permeable sheet having a porous film provided to at least one part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A waterproof air permeable water barrier sheet is formed by superposing a porous film 1 having air permeable reinforcing sheets 2, 3 laminated and bonded to both surfaces thereof on a water barrier sheet 4 having a plurality of notch parts so as to surround each of the notch parts of the sheet 4 and bonding the peripheral edge part of the porous film to the water barrier sheet 4. When the porous film 1 is incorporated in the water barrier sheet 4, it is not necessarily to provide the notch part of the surface of water barrier sheet and the water barrier sheets 4 are bonded to both surfaces of the porous film 1 and the intermediate parts of the sheets are composed of the porous sheet 1 or a large number of through-holes are provided to the water barrier sheets 4 at predetermined places and the porous films 1 are superposed on the through-hole parts to be bonded thereto.

2. Description of the Related Art As a landfill treatment method for waste, a sandwich construction method is used in which a 50 cm layer of soil is filled every 3 m of the waste layer for embankment. However, in such a conventional method, since the waste layer is directly covered with soil to cover the soil, rainwater due to rainfall permeates the waste layer, promotes gas generation due to anaerobic decomposition, and harmful components from the waste become rainwater. It will melt out. As a result, environmental problems such as ignition and offensive odor, soil, groundwater pollution, and water pollution occur during and after the landfill of waste, and even if landfilling is completed, the landfill of the waste treatment plant will be used for several years to several tens of years. There is a problem that you cannot do it for a minute.

As the water-blocking sheet used in the waste treatment of the present invention, a waterproof and breathable sheet having a porous film at least in part is used. As a porous film,
Polyolefin type, polyurethane type, polyester type,
Conventionally known porous polymer films such as polyether type, polyvinyl chloride type and cellulose type can be optionally used, but preferably stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene (Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-45773, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-17216).
No.) should be used. The average pore diameter of this porous film is 5 μm or less, preferably 1 μm or less, and any material having both waterproofness and air permeability may be used. The thickness of the porous film is usually 10 to 100 μm, preferably 30 to 80 μm. In the present invention, this porous film is preferably used by laminating and adhering a breathable reinforcing sheet on one side or both sides thereof. In this case, as the breathable reinforcing sheet, any sheet having good breathability and high strength can be used, and a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric,
A net or waterproof paper is used. When the reinforcing sheet is laminated and adhered to the porous film, the adhesion is preferably performed by a partial adhesion method. When the whole surface bonding method is used, the gas permeability and moisture permeability are impaired, and the gas generated from the waste,
Smooth permeation of water vapor is not achieved. This partial bonding method includes dot bonding, linear bonding, pattern bonding, etc., and the adhesive application area is 5 to 95 with respect to the laminated area.
%, Preferably 10 to 80%, so that the adhesive is applied.

For the porous film used in the present invention, it is preferable to provide a hydrophilic polymer layer on at least one surface thereof. As the hydrophilic polymer, conventionally known ones can be used, but it is particularly preferable to use a polyether urethane resin, a perfluorosulfonic acid resin or the like. When laminating the reinforcing sheet on the porous film, it is preferable to laminate the reinforcing sheet on the hydrophilic polymer layer. This hydrophilic polymer layer prevents deterioration of the porous film due to contact with oil. The thickness of this hydrophilic polymer layer is 1 to 5
It is 0 μm, preferably 5 to 20 μm.

The waterproof sheet of the present invention comprises a waterproof and breathable sheet having at least a part of the above-mentioned porous film. This waterproof breathable sheet may be entirely composed of the above-mentioned porous film, but in this case, since the cost becomes high, a porous film is used as a part of the conventional water-impervious sheet. It is advantageous to incorporate and use. The position and area of the porous film incorporated in the water-impervious sheet are appropriately determined according to the area of the waste layer and the amount of gas or water vapor released from the waste layer. As the water shield sheet, any material can be used as long as it can prevent the permeation of water, but it is preferable to use a synthetic rubber sheet or a synthetic resin film, for example, a polyolefin resin sheet or a soft vinyl chloride sheet. It is suitable. As a bonding method when incorporating the porous film into the water-blocking sheet, there are a method of using an adhesive and a method of heat fusion,
From the viewpoint of durability of the adhesive surface, it is advantageous to use the heat fusion method. For landfilling waste using the water blocking sheet of the present invention, the water blocking sheet of the present invention is laid on the waste at the time of embankment every time a predetermined amount of the waste is discarded Embankment should be done on the above-mentioned impermeable sheet.

Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a main part of an example of the waterproof and breathable water-permeable sheet of the present invention. In this waterproof and breathable water-permeable sheet, a porous film 1 in which breathable reinforcing sheets 2 and 3 are laminated and adhered on both sides is stacked so as to surround the cutout portion of a water-permeable sheet 4 having a plurality of cutout portions, The structure is such that the periphery of the porous film is bonded to the water blocking sheet 4. When the porous film 1 is incorporated into the water-impervious sheet 1, it is not always necessary to provide notches on the surface thereof, and the water-impermeable sheets are adhered to both side surfaces of the porous sheet, and the intermediate portion is made of the porous film. It is also possible to employ a method in which a large number of through holes are formed in a predetermined location of the water blocking sheet or the water blocking sheet, and a porous film is overlapped on the through hole portions and bonded. Figure 2
It is a state figure when a landfill process of waste is carried out using the waterproof breathable impermeable sheet of the present invention. Each symbol shown in FIG. 2 has the same meaning as that shown in FIG.
