Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the infiltration of liquid and foreign matter, etc., into a slider guide part and to assure the stable movement of a slider which is engageably and disengageably connected with a presser inserted into a syringe and moves rectilinearly by constituting the slider in such a manner that the slider is guided and held in the axial direction of the syringe by a guide means. CONSTITUTION:A detaining part 65 which detains the flange at the end of the presser 55 inserted into a cylinder 58 clamped and held via a clamper 56 to a pair of V-groove holding parts 54 is formed at the end of the slider 64. The detained presser 55 is actuated by the continuous rectilnear motion of the slider 64 by a small-sized electric motor 44, by which the medicinal liquid within the cylinder 58 is smoothly injected into the patient's body. A guide rod 62 forms a U-shaped section opened at the base and is provided with a guide groove 67 formed of a groove into which the outer periphery of a cam follower 68 can be inserted. The cam follower 68 guided by a guide groove 67 is completely housed into the guide rod 62 and therefore the infiltration of the liquid and foreign matter from the outside does not arise.

However, in the elongated hole 28 formed in this way, liquid or foreign matter is likely to accumulate on the rubber sheet 34 portion of the elongated hole 28, and the foreign matter that has penetrated into the inside through the notch 35 of the rubber sheet 34 is likely to accumulate. When the screw shaft 22 is entangled or attached, the movement of the drive source is not reliably transmitted to the slider 26, the transmission efficiency is lowered, the movement of the slider 26 is impaired, and the pharmaceutical liquid in the syringe is quantitatively and continuously injected into the patient. Irregularities result in a dangerous condition for the patient, and in order to prevent such liquids and foreign substances from entering, the base 10 and the syringe injection pump held by the base 10 must be installed vertically. It had some difficulties such as being constrained such as not being possible.

As is apparent from the above-described embodiments, according to the syringe injection pump of the present invention, the holding portion formed on the base for holding the syringe and the slidable fitting in the syringe. A slider that has a locking portion that locks the inserted pusher and that is removably connected to a single drive source and that moves straight, and guide means that inserts this slider and guides and holds it in the axial direction of the syringe. With this configuration, stable movement of the slider can be obtained by reliably preventing liquids, foreign substances, etc. from entering the guide section of the slider from the outside, and the liquid medicine can be applied to the patient's extracorporeal blood circuit and blood vessels. It has an excellent effect such that the reliability of a syringe injection pump that injects the above and the like quantitatively and continuously can be improved.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it goes without saying that various design changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

1. A fixed amount of a liquid medicine or the like filled in the syringe is quantitatively and continuously obtained by engaging a pusher of a syringe held on a base with a slider that can move forward and backward and moving the slider linearly by a drive source. In a syringe injection pump for injecting into a syringe, the syringe injection pump includes a holding portion formed on a base for holding the syringe, and a locking member that is locked to a pusher slidably inserted in the syringe. A slider which is detachably connected to a single drive source and moves linearly,
A syringe injecting pump comprising: a guide means for inserting the slider and guiding and holding the slider in an axial direction of the syringe.
