煮つめる時間を設定できる時限装置(タイマー)が組み
込まれ、加熱開始後所望の量に迄煮つめればタイマーが
自動的に電源を切り煎じすぎ等コゲ付きを防止できる構
造のものも公知である。

の水分で剥離損傷が生じるという欠点がある。

ぼ垂直に取り付けられており、且つ排水パイプ16が水
排水孔7に固着されている。18は煎じ容器でガラス等
耐熱性の材料で成形されており、その上部には合成樹脂
材料を用いて皿状に成形した蓋19が組み合されてい
る。そしてこの蓋19の上面には発生蒸気用の排出パイ
プ20が成形されており、また蓋19の外周端部には水
密パッキング12が取り付けられている。更にこの蓋1
9は蝶番21を用いて前記煎じ容器18と開閉可能に接
続され、これを緊定具即ち係止金具22フックバ23、
締付片24、を組合せて前記蝶番21で開閉可能に且つ
両者を簡単に密に緊定固着できるように組み合せる。2
