However, in the conventional device as described above, air is sequentially injected into a plurality of air cells, and when the expansion of one air cell is completed, the injection of air is transferred to the next air cell. At the same time, it is a mechanism to forcefully discharge the air from the previous air cell. Therefore, only the air cells that have been injected with air and expanded will locally protrude from the surface of the adjacent air cells,
For example, when the inflated portion transitions from the head of the body to the shoulder, the inconvenience of the head suddenly descending occurs.

In addition, since air is sequentially injected into the air cells from which air has been discharged, there is almost no air in the air cells to be expanded next, and it takes a considerable time to reach full expansion. Therefore, a large volume of compressed air source is required to perform a quick wavy massage.

At the time when the air cell 1-1 is fully expanded, the rotary plate 30 is rotated in the clockwise direction of FIG. 11 by one pitch interval of the through holes based on the program of the control device, whereby the main air feeding through holes are opened. A large amount of air is injected from the air cell 22a into the air cell 1-2 to fully expand the air cell 1-2, and a small amount of air is injected into the next air cell 1-3 from the sub air supply through hole 22b. Becomes a half-expanded state, and at the same time, the air supply / exhaust hole 12 of the first fully expanded air cell 1-1 is communicated with the through hole 22 for exhaust,
It will be discharged from the exhaust pipe 50 shown in FIG. 1 through the long arc-shaped exhaust groove 33 and will begin to contract. Thus, by intermittent rotation of the rotary plate 30 of the rotary valve 5,
The air cells 1-2 and 1-3 are semi-expanded, fully expanded, and contracted,

Next, when it is desired to expand all the air cells 1, the detection control means 6 is operated to give an instruction, and after that, the rotary valve 5 starts continuous rotation and the main air supply through hole 22a. Air is sequentially injected into the air cells 1-1, 1-2, ... From the sub-air passage hole 22b, and more air is injected than the air leaking from the exhaust groove 33. Therefore, each air cell gradually expands as a whole. After that, the mat becomes an air cushion, and after a predetermined time, the rotary valve 5 and each of the air supply / exhaust holes 12 of the stationary plate become the intermediate plate 2.
It is performed by stopping at the non-perforated portion (pressure holding position) of 0 and maintaining the expanded state. The pressure holding position is detected by the photo interrupter 25 for detecting the through hole position.

Therefore, the operation program set in the detection control means 6 is designated. For example, in the massage operation, as shown in FIG. 12, the waveform in which the fully expanded air cell 1-5 that is raised is followed by the semi-expanded air cell 1-6 is sequentially moved, and the state of the air pressure in each air cell is As shown in FIG. 13, a smooth massage action can be performed on the back surface of the body without difficulty. In addition, since the air cells 1-6 next to the fully expanded air cells 1-5 that have risen have already been filled with air to some extent, the next air cells can be fully expanded in a short time, and a speedy massage action can be obtained. Not only that, the wavy massage speed can be arbitrarily changed by adjusting the rotation speed of the rotary valve 5.
