いて、上記複数本の主ロープを少なくとも二つのグルー
プに分け、第一のグループの上記主ロープの見かけ上の
長さを第二のグループの主ロープの長さよりも短くして
上記第一のグループの主ロープによつて上記懸垂体を支
持し、この状態で、上記第二のグループの主ロープの端
部を切り詰め、その後、上記第二のグループの主ロープ
で上記懸垂体を支持し、この状態で、上記第一のグルー
プの主ロープの端部を切り詰めることを特徴とするエレ
ベーター主ロープの切り詰め方法。
