Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out automatic engagement and disengagement of containers which are piled up in stages. CONSTITUTION:A hanger 13 is inserted into an insertion hole 14 of an uppermost one of containers which are piled up in stages and rotated. The hanger 13 takes a locking position and an engaging member 17 also takes a locking position through a rotation of a switching member 18, so that the containers on the uppermost stage and the lowermost stage engage with each other. The hanger 13 lifts up the coupled containers and carries them. If the engaging member 17 is unlocked, the containers on the uppermost and lowermost stages are disengaged from each other, whereby only the uppermost container is carried.

When the suspending metal fitting 13 is rotated 90 degrees in the B direction, the suspending metal fitting 13 is brought into a locked posture, and the spreader 12 and the uppermost container are engaged with each other. Then, since the protruding member 19 of the uppermost container does not rotate and the engagement body 17 of each container remains in the unlocked posture, only the uppermost container can be carried (see b in FIG. 4).

Further, when all the containers are carried at the same time, when the hanging metal fitting 13 is rotated 90 degrees in the C direction from the state of FIG. 4A, the hanging metal fitting 13 is in the lock posture and the protruding member 19 of the uppermost container is Rotate from unlocked position to locked position. Thereby, the engaging body 1 of each container
7 is in a locked position so that all three containers can be engaged and carried simultaneously (see FIG. 4c).

Furthermore, after carrying all three containers at the same time and then rotating the suspending metal 13 in the direction B by 90 degrees from the state of FIG. 4c, the suspending metal 13 is in the unlocked posture, but the protruding member 19 does not rotate. Then, only the engagement between the spreader 12 and the uppermost container is released (see d in FIG. 4).

Further, when the suspending metal fitting 13 is rotated 90 degrees in the B direction from the state of FIG. 4D, the suspending metal fitting 13 is brought into the locked posture, the spreader 12 and the uppermost container are engaged, and the uppermost container The protruding member 19 rotates from the locked position to the unlocked position. As a result, the engaging body 17 of the uppermost container is in the unlocked posture, and the protruding members 19 and the engaging bodies 17 of the remaining containers are in the same state, so that only the uppermost container can be carried (e in FIG. 4). reference).

As is apparent from the above description, according to claims 1 and 2 of the present invention, it is possible to easily carry a plurality of stacked containers or to carry only one container, and it is possible to lift the containers. Since the upper and lower containers can be automatically engaged or disengaged by rotating the hanging metal fitting, it is not necessary to manually engage the upper and lower containers as in the conventional case, and work efficiency is improved. There is an excellent effect.
