(Prior Art) Prestressed concrete is one that increases the resistance to tensile stress and bending force by applying compressive stress to concrete which is weak against tensile stress in the axial direction in advance, such as T slab, pile, electric pole, bridge girder. It is widely used as a concrete product that requires high strength. The chemical prestressed concrete, which is an example of this, is one in which concrete is placed by placing reinforcing bars (high-speed reinforcing bars) in the formwork, and when the expansion force of the concrete acts on the restraining reinforcing bars, tensile stress is generated in these reinforcing bars. In addition, since the reverse compressive stress acts in the concrete body, the concrete body is compacted, so that the durability is enhanced.

The former is ettringite (chemical name; Calcium) during hydration.
Sulfs Aluminate (abbreviated as CSA) is an expansive material that produces a large amount of cement and is mixed with cement in an appropriate amount. When CSA expands by taking a large amount of crystal water, part of this expansion force becomes internal compression stress. It aims to increase the strength of concrete by utilizing its properties.

Also, the latter uses expandable concrete with a reinforced basket as a restraint reinforcing bar, and the manufacturing process is basically the same as that of the conventional fume tube, but the one molded by centrifugal compaction is used as a mold with high rigidity. Put it in and go through the steam curing process. As a result, the expansion force of the concrete is restrained by the formwork, and as a reaction to it, the concrete hardens while receiving compressive stress, and the same effect can be obtained by just performing press curing, so the strength is higher than that of ordinary concrete. That is.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, the former is difficult to mix the cement and CSA,
A large amount of CSA causes excessive expansion, and a small amount of CSA cannot be expected to have a sufficient effect. In addition, since the amount of water required for hydration is higher than that of ordinary cement, it is easily affected by fluctuations in curing conditions, and especially under climatic conditions where drying is rapid, ettringite formation occurs due to lack of water. However, there has been a problem in that the strength is not sufficiently increased and the strength is not sufficiently expanded, resulting in a significant decrease in strength.

On the other hand, the latter is greatly affected by the structure of the reinforced basket, and if the reinforced basket is not created in an appropriate shape, the uniform restraint is not performed and harmful internal stress due to the local difference in expansion acts. However, there was a drawback that subsequent defects such as unexpected cracks occurred.

(Operation) According to the above configuration, the resin agent filled in the hollow hole including the plurality of recesses whose inner part extends from the opening to the hollow hole,
Engages in the recess during curing and tightens. At this time, since a plurality of recesses are continuously provided on the inner peripheral wall of the hollow hole, the volume contraction stress acts uniformly in the radial direction over the entire length of the unreinforced concrete body in the length direction. Therefore, on the contrary, the internal compressive stress equally acts on the unreinforced concrete body, so that the chemical prestressed concrete compacted by the prestressing can be obtained.

The unreinforced concrete body 1 has, for example, a length of 100c.
It is m and has a diameter of 50 cm and is made of ordinary concrete. The hollow hole 2 has a length of 100 cm and a diameter of 10
In cm, a plurality of recesses 3 are continuously provided on the inner peripheral wall of each hollow hole 2 in the radial direction and the length direction of the hollow hole 2. The recess 3 has a large number of recesses in the longitudinal direction at positions where the inner circumference of the hollow hole 2 is divided into six equal parts, and a plurality of concave and convex shapes are formed in the longitudinal section along the line II-II in FIG. Therefore, the cross-section is formed so as to have the same cross-sectional area at any position. First, the four molding materials 6 are inserted into the lower mold 5a and set at predetermined positions. Immediately before pouring concrete, a special primer is applied to the entire surface of the molding material 6 to such an extent that it does not drip, and a treatment is performed so that the resin agent 4 easily attaches to the hollow holes 2.

Next, concrete is poured while applying a vibrator, and the air contained in the concrete that has not yet solidified is released by vibration. At this time, when concrete fills the lower mold form 5a as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the upper mold form 5b is attached to the lower mold form 5a. Furthermore, the upper formwork 5b

Subsequently, the tubular mold 5 is left for 3 to 4 hours for pre-curing, and then steam curing is performed. Figure 3 for this steam curing
The curing device shown in (c) is used, and a plurality of cylindrical molds 5 are housed in the main body of the device. As conditions for steam curing, the temperature rise per hour is 20 ° C./hour or less and the maximum temperature is 70 ° C. or less. This is because the expanded polystyrene, which is the molding material 6 contained in the concrete, greatly expands the air contained therein due to a rapid temperature change, and tensile stress acts on the concrete to cause cracking. This is a temperature control value set in advance for prevention.

Next, in order to remove the molding material 6 in the unreinforced concrete body 1, autoclave curing (high temperature high pressure steam curing) is performed. This autoclave has a steam pipe 10 inside the container body.

In this autoclave, if the pressure is 7 to 10 atm and the temperature is about 120 to 180 ° C., the styrofoam will be decomposed by combustion due to high temperature and high pressure and lose its shape. As a result, when the molding material 6 is removed, the pressure is gradually reduced to take out the unreinforced concrete body 1 from the autoclave kettle 9, and then 5 kg / cm 2 is applied to the hollow hole 2 of the unreinforced concrete body 1 using an air hose. In this state, the liquid resin prepared at the ratio shown in the above table is injected into each hollow hole 2, but here at room temperature (20 ° C.).
When the pot life is about 30 minutes, the prepared resin agent causing volume contraction of about 1% is injected until the hollow holes 2 are filled. At this time, the air contained in the resin agent is dispersed in the plurality of recesses 3 connected to the inner peripheral wall of the hollow hole 2 to avoid the problem of being mixed in the resin agent.

When a predetermined pot life elapses after injecting the compounded resin agent, chemical prestressing works during curing of the resin agent, and chemical prestressed concrete is formed. At this time, since the plurality of recesses 3 are continuously provided in the inner peripheral wall of the hollow hole 2 in the radial direction and the length direction of the hollow hole 2, the volume contraction stress is reduced in the radial direction of the unreinforced concrete body 1 and Works equally in the length direction. Therefore, on the contrary, the internal compressive stress uniformly acts on the unreinforced concrete body 1, so that it is possible to obtain the chemical prestressed concrete compacted by the prestressing.
