The tensioning work itself must be carried out on-site, and the lower edge of the outer wall panel 50 must be cut according to the thickness of the roof tile 47, which is also a cause of prolonging the construction period of the wall portion. It was On the other hand, in order to avoid the above-mentioned inconvenience, the standing plate 55 of the rain-pressing member 53 is arranged on the surface side of the outer wall panel 50, and caulking or the like is performed between the upper end of the standing plate 55 and the surface of the outer wall panel 50. However, if rainwater intrudes from the caulking or the like, the head tree 52 will be rotted and the waterproofness of the wall portion will be rather impaired.

Is arranged on the waterproof sheet 3 on the rear surface side of the roof tile 4, and the standing plate portion 24 thereof is located on the surface of the outer wall panel 6 so as to extend along the wall edge portion. On the other hand, the water receiving portion 25 of the draining plate 22 is formed by bending the horizontal wall 26 and the vertical wall 27 into a cross-section in a cross section, and the vertical wall 27 is formed on the bottom surface of the draining groove 18.
It is housed in the drainage groove 18 so as to be in contact with 19 and the lateral wall 26 is inclined downward toward the opening side of the drainage groove 18. Therefore, even if rainwater that has entered the back surface of the riser plate 15 enters the water drain groove 18, the rain water will be discharged to the outside of the water drain groove 18 through the lateral wall 26.

Even after the outer wall panel 6 has been installed, the rain presser material 13 and the draining plate 22 can be attached to the roof side. Therefore, the outer wall panel 6 should be attached to the wall body 5 before the roof side installation. With this, it is possible to improve the quality of the building and shorten the construction period, and even if rainwater enters the back side of the riser plate 15, the rainwater is waterproofed by connecting the stand plate part 24 and the waste plate part 23. Since the water is drained onto the seat 3, it is possible to effectively secure the waterproofness of the wall portion of the roof.
