As futons are used, sweat deposits emitted from the body adhere to and are absorbed, but this sweat deposits contain water, salt, fat, and protein, which cannot be completely removed by washing. In this case, new sweat is added, and its components undergo chemical changes and become oxidized. When sweat plaque is butylated in this way,
Butyric acid, which is a weak acid, causes a yellowing phenomenon that causes the fibers of the futon to deteriorate and fall apart.

In addition, in general households, futons that absorb sweat are dried in the sun, and although this has a sterilizing effect by removing moisture and drying it, it also removes the salt and fat contained in the sweat. However, since the protein remains as it is, it is not an essential solution.

Therefore, in order to prevent the above-mentioned yellowing phenomenon, it is necessary to wash futons, etc., but conventional methods for washing futons, etc. include unsewing and replacing cotton,
There is a method of washing the futon, etc., but the former involves removing the deteriorated and tattered cotton, which is time consuming and labor intensive, so washing the futon etc. is done.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional method of washing bedding by placing it in a washing tank and stirring or rotating it, the bedding is washed while being pressed, pulled, or twisted from a free direction, so that the fabric is washed. Also, there is a problem that the cotton tends to become twisted or entangled, causing deformation and damage to the fabric or cotton.

In the mechanism for washing objects to be cleaned according to the present invention, a plurality of net shelves are connected with a gap by a topmost holding plate and a flexible connecting member, and the holding plate is moved in a reciprocating manner by a reciprocating means. Since the object to be cleaned is placed in the net shelf and the presser plate is moved back and forth, the object to be cleaned at the lowest stage is also pressed because the net shelves are connected to each other by a bending connecting member. Also, due to the reciprocating movement, the cleaning liquid inside the cleaning tank flows out through the water holes provided in the sides and bottom of the inner tank, as well as the holding plate, and the objects to be cleaned placed on the rack are smoothly pushed. It will be washed.

Furthermore, since the individual objects to be cleaned are placed on net shelves arranged at predetermined intervals in their free state,
When the pressing state of the pressing plate is released, the fibers and cotton return to their original state due to their elasticity, and as a result, the cleaning liquid is absorbed inside.

Furthermore, in order to take the object to be cleaned into and out of the cleaning tank, a deceleration motor operates to raise and lower the object to be cleaned together with the lid and the reciprocating means in a suspended state, and a cart moves along the pedestal to move the object into and out of the cleaning tank. This can be easily done by moving back and forth between the mounting carts.

Next, the stop valve 33 is loosened and the cleaning liquid is poured into the cleaning tank 11 to a predetermined level. This predetermined level is detected by a liquid level gauge (not shown). When it is detected that the cleaning liquid has entered to a predetermined level, the motor connected to the gear box 25 is rotated in a predetermined direction, and the presser plate 13 is lowered. As a result, the futon 3 placed on the net shelf 12
6 is pressed by the pressing plate 13 to discharge the cleaning liquid and air that have penetrated into the inside of the futon 36. Next, a limit switch (not shown) detects that the presser plate 13 has been lowered to a predetermined position, and the motor is reversed to raise the presser plate 13. As a result, the pressed state of the futon 36 resting on the net shelf 12 is released, and the cleaning liquid is absorbed again by the elasticity of the internal fibers. In this case, it is preferable that the pressing plate 13 is moved back and forth once every 40 seconds, and the pressure washing is performed by repeating 15 to 20 back and forth movements. The futon is cleaned by the above steps, and a flow of cleaning liquid is generated inside the futon, thereby removing sweat and other grime adhering to or seeping into the futon.

After completing the reciprocating movement for a predetermined time, the presser plate 13
is raised, the lower stop valve 34 is opened, and the cleaning liquid is once discharged, and then the pressing plate 13 is lowered again to squeeze out the cleaning liquid that has permeated the futon, and the cleaning liquid is almost completely discharged. Then, with the stop valve 34 closed again, the stop valve 33 on the side is opened to let tap water into the washing tank. Note that the tap water piping can also be provided separately from the pipe 32 described above.

With a predetermined amount of water in the cleaning tank 11, the motor is rotated to reciprocate the holding plate 13. Next, open the lower stop valve 34 and lower the presser plate 13 to drain the rinsing water, and if necessary, repeat the above steps again.
The cleaning solution should be almost completely removed from the futon.

Finally, after lowering the holding plate 13 to sufficiently remove water, the holding plate 13 is raised, and then the hoisting sprocket 28 is driven to lift the lid 23, and the futon 36 is placed on the trolley 15 together with the net shelf 12. The product is transported to the top of the carriage 37, the holding plate 13 is lowered appropriately, the chain 19 is removed, and the cleaning process is completed by placing the chain 19 on the mounting carriage 37. In the above examples, the amount of water used was about 1 to 1.5 tons for 5 to 6 futons.

In the above embodiment, the distance to which the holding plate 13 is driven is controlled by a limit switch (not shown). It is also possible to have the board stop when the futon is pushed and the presser board rise.By doing this, when washing various types of bedding, it is possible to press the futon securely without determining the lower limit position. Further, in the above embodiment, a motor is used as the drive source for reciprocating the presser plate 13, but a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder may also be used, and moreover, multiple cylinders can be moved synchronously to keep the presser plate horizontal. It is also possible to perform a constant reciprocating motion.

Furthermore, although the above-mentioned presser plate is arranged at the upper part of the net shelf 12, it is also possible to arrange the presser plate at the lower part of the net shelf to prevent the upper lid from moving and press the futon from the lower part.

As is clear from the above description, in the mechanism for washing objects to be cleaned according to the present invention, a holding plate provided with a large number of water passage holes moves back and forth to push and wash objects placed on a plurality of mesh shelves. Therefore, sweat stains that have penetrated into the inside of the object to be cleaned can be removed without causing the object to lose its shape.
