Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of 'tatami' Japanese straw mattress size detection unit used for measuring both the length of 'tatami' which it is required to re-cover and the form of the 'tatami's shitamae (the edge making contact with threshold)' and to reduce the area required for installing the unit. CONSTITUTION:A stile stopper 21 is fixed at one end of a 'tatami' support frame which is slightly inclined relative to a vertical plane and three height measuring apparatuses 31, 33, 35 for measuring the heights of both end portions and the center portion of the 'shitamae' of a 'tatami' T are horizontally aligned on the upper portion of the 'tatami' support frame. The measuring apparatus 31 located near one end of the 'tatami' support frame is fixed while the height measuring apparatus 33 located at the center portion of the frame and the height measuring apparatus 35 located near the other end are provided in such a manner that they freely slide in the horizontal direction and also that the amount of sliding movement of the former is half of that of the latter, and a displacement detector 71 is provided for detecting the position of the height measuring apparatus 35 located near the other end of the frame.

In the above apparatus, an upper front stopper is fixed to one long side of the plate-shaped body support frame in correspondence with the upper front of the tatami (side edge on the side in contact with an adjacent tatami mat). On the other long side of the sensor support frame facing to, a displacement measuring device for measuring the both ends and the middle position of the lower front of the tatami (side edge on the side in contact with the sill) is provided. If you fix the gusset stopper corresponding to one of the tatami mats on the short side of, and install a displacement measuring device to measure the position of the other machi of the tatami on the other short side, The length, the gusseted portions at both ends thereof, and the width in the middle, that is, the shape in the lower front can be measured. Therefore, this result can be used to cut a new tatami mat into the desired shape.

The tatami mat that needs to be replaced is placed on the tatami support frame with its bottom front facing upward, and the matt at one end is brought into contact with the matt stopper to fix the tatami mat. Next, when moving the other end-side height measuring device of the three height measuring devices from the reference position and stopping it vertically above the other end of the tatami mat, the height measuring device at the central portion automatically Move to the upper center of the tatami and stop. Then, the length of the tatami mat is obtained by detecting the stop position from the movement amount of the height measuring device on the other end side.
Moreover, the shape of the lower front is obtained by detecting the height of both ends and the center of the lower front of the tatami with three height measuring devices.

In the above structure, each height measuring device 31,
Each 33 and 35 air cylinder 45 is connected to an air compressor via a control valve (not shown),
When the piston rod 46 is manually pulled down from the raised position shown in FIG. 1, the operating plate 50 connected to the lower end of the piston rod 46 escapes from the slit 49 of the contactless switch 48, and the above air cylinders 45 are exposed to the atmosphere. Let them know
This facilitates the above-mentioned pulling down, and after bringing the measuring elements 32, 34 and 36 at the tip of each piston rod 46 into contact with the lower front of the tatami T by the above-mentioned pulling down, a switch for operating the control valve (for example, stepping on the foot) is used. When the switch) is closed, the piston rod 46 is biased upward and starts to rise, and the amount of rise is the guide bar 52 connected to the piston rod 46, the connector 62, the toothed belt 61, the lower side. When the piston rod 46 reaches the upper end of the ascending stroke and is counted by the height measuring encoder 58 via the pulley 55, the first spur gear 56, and the second spur gear 57, and the operating plate 50 enters the slit 49. , The count is set to stop.

Therefore, the tatami T is placed on the upper front stopper 13, and the gusset at one end is brought into contact with the gusset stopper 21,
When holding the U-shaped handle 63 of the other end side height measuring instrument 35 at the standby position by hand and sliding the other end side height measuring instrument 35 above the other end, the upper toothed belt 70 And the length measuring pulley 69 rotates, the movement amount of the height measuring instrument 35 on the other end side is measured by the length measuring encoder 71, and at the same time, the height measuring instrument 33 at the central portion moves above the central portion of the tatami T. To do. Then, the measuring elements 32, 34 and 36 of the height measuring instruments 31, 33 and 35 are manually lowered and brought into contact with the lower front end of the tatami T, the central portion and the other end thereof, respectively. When the air cylinders 45 of the position measuring devices 31, 33, 35 are actuated to raise the tracing stylus 32, 34, 36, the heights of the three lower portions of the tatami T are measured by the amount of this rise.

In this embodiment, since the upper stay 15 is formed to be movable up and down, the height of the upper stay 15 can be adjusted according to the width of the tatami T, and its position can be fixed slightly below the lower front. Therefore, even when the used tatami T is easily bent, the tatami T can be supported straight and accurate measurement can be performed. Further, since the tracing stylus 32, 34, 36 is manually pulled down and the air pressure is used when rising, it is possible to avoid compressing the tatami T with the air pressure and improve the measurement accuracy.

According to the present invention, a tatami mat that needs to be replaced is placed on the tatami support frame with its bottom front facing up, and one end of the tatami mat is brought into abutment against the matt stopper to measure the height of the other end. When the container is moved vertically above the other end of the tatami mat from the reference position, the position of the other end of the tatami mat, that is, the length of the tatami mat is obtained from the amount of movement of the height measuring device on the other end side. And
With the movement of the height measuring instrument on the other end side, the height measuring instrument at the central portion automatically moves to the upper portion of the central portion of the tatami mat. Therefore, the heights of the lower tatami mats are measured by three height measuring instruments, respectively. By measuring, the front shape of the tatami mat is obtained.

However, since the tatami mat support frame is formed to be slightly inclined with respect to the vertical plane and the tatami mat that needs to be replaced can be placed on the tatami mat support frame by hand, the installation area becomes small, and The structure is simple and can be installed easily in a small factory. The tatami mat after the measurement can be easily taken out in front.

1. A tatami mat is formed on the front surface of the frame so that the tatami mat is slightly inclined with respect to the vertical plane and the lower front part of the tatami mat is supported upward. By fixing the contacting camachi stopper, three height measuring devices for measuring the heights of the both ends and the central portion of the tatami mat placed on the tatami support frame above the tatami support frame are fixed. Arrange horizontally, fix one of the height measuring instruments located above the Kamachi stopper among these three height measuring instruments, and horizontally measure the height measuring instrument at the center and the height measuring instrument at the other end. Provided so that it can slide freely, and the amount of sliding of the height measuring device at the center is half the amount of sliding of the height measuring device on the other end side, and the width direction position of the height measuring device on the other end side is detected.
