Abstract
筒の中心軸に対して正確に中心に合わさるようにして、
熱電子の漏れにより生じる暗電流量を最小化し、マグネ
トロンの効率を向上させる。 【構成】 カソード組立体を、中央にセンターリード1
5が貫通する貫通孔28bが形成され、下端にフランジ
28aを有する、フィラメントを支持接続する改良され
た下端シールド28と、上面にフランジ28aを結合し
て下端シールド28を支持し、中心部にセンターリード
15を貫通支持する第1支持孔31aを有し、サイド部
分にサイドリード17を貫通支持する第2支持孔31b
とを有して、下側磁極10の中央開口10aに固定的に
搭載された絶縁体31とから構成する。

- 【請求項1】 マイクロ波発生用のマグネトロンの下端
シールド固定構造にして、 中心部にセンターリードが貫通する貫通孔が形成され、
下端に形成されたフランジを有する、下端シールドと、 上面に前記フランジを結合して前記下端シールドを支持
し、貫通して延びるセンターリードを支持する、中心部
に形成された第1支持孔と、貫通して延びるサイドリー
ドを支持する、サイド部分に形成された第2支持孔とを
有する、絶縁体とから構成してなることを特徴とする、
マグネトロンのカソード組立体の下端シールド固定構
造。 - 【請求項2】 請求項1に記載のマグネトロンのカソー
ド組立体の下端シールド固定構造において、 前記絶縁体は、前記サイドリードがはめ込まれる前記第
2支持孔を交差するリング形状の、上面に形成されたメ
タライジング部分を含むことを特徴とするマグネトロン
のカソード組立体の下端シールド固定構造。
