In recent years, so-called central heating systems have become popular as air conditioning systems. This includes, for example, heat source equipment consisting of driving equipment such as a compressor and motor installed outdoors, a condensing heat exchanger, an evaporation heat exchanger, etc., and a heat medium circulation circuit that exchanges heat with both of the above heat exchangers. It is made up of.

When using such an air conditioning system to cool or heat a living room, the necessary conditioned air such as hot air or cold air is blown into the living room from the radiator of the heat medium circulation circuit using a fan device, and then sucked in and circulated. In this case, as in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-23344, the radiator of the heat medium circulation circuit is placed inside a wall panel with sufficient thickness, or the heat medium circulation circuit is placed in a place where it is inconvenient to route the heat medium circulation circuit. As shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 62-100445, it is also known to place a heat radiator or the like in a dead space such as under the floor and communicate it through a floor panel when necessary.

<Function> If the air outlet and suction port are separated and formed as a vent, the conditioned air that has passed through the duct from the air conditioning heat source device will be blown out from the air outlet into the living room, and then sucked in again from the suction port to be used for air conditioning. It can be returned to the heat source device.

That is, a rectangular frame is formed from a frame core material 11 having a width approximately equal to the thickness of the wall to which it is attached, and face materials 12 and 13 are applied to both sides of this frame to form a hollow panel.
Then, an elongated opening is formed in the lower part of one of the face members 12, and this is used as a ventilation hole 14. Further, a circular opening is formed near the upper side of the other face member 13, and this is used as the connection port 15. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the air conditioning panel 10 has the function of blowing out and sucking in conditioned air, so the connection port 15 is connected to the panel 1.
It is formed in two places on the left and right of 3. A partition plate 16 is provided in the hollow panel between the two connection ports 15, 15, whereby the partition space on one side is a blowout chamber 17, and the partition space on the other side is a suction chamber 18.
It is said that Therefore, one of the connection ports 15, 15 is used as a connection port for the conditioned air blowout duct 19 (see FIG. 1), and the other is used as a connection port for the suction duct 20. Also, due to the above, the surface material 1
The second vent 14 has an outlet 14a on the side corresponding to the outlet chamber 17, and a side corresponding to the intake chamber 18.
The side corresponding to each side functions as the intake port 14b.

When air conditioning the living room 2 with such a configuration, the ventilation switching valve 25 is switched to operate the air conditioning heat source device and the fan motor 24. Then, the air in the living room 2 will be transferred to the air inlet 14 of the air conditioning panel 10.

The air conditioning panel 10 has the same thickness as the wall 1 and is integrally attached in parallel with the wall 1. Therefore, the spatial space of the living room 2 is not narrowed. In this case, the wall 1 and the face material 12 of the air conditioning panel 10,
If the surface treatments such as 13 patterns and colors are done the same,
You can create a wall that looks natural. In addition, the air conditioning panel 10 includes a frame core material 11 and face materials 12 and 1.
It is a panel body that is completed with 3. Therefore, since sufficient strength can be obtained, the other walls 1, 1
In the same way, the load of the building components can be borne.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the air conditioning panel 10
is provided as a transom of the entrance/exit 4 of the living room 2, but it is not limited to this. For example, it is also possible to arrange it as part of a small wall, such as a hanging wall in a living room. Further, the vent holes 14 are not limited to being provided together as the air outlet 14a and the suction port 14b in one air conditioning panel 10. For example, air outlet 1
4a only on the air conditioning panel 10, and an exhaust port to the outdoors is provided at another location in the room, or the radiator 2
It is also possible to open the reflux suction port to 1. In this case, connection ports 15, 15 and duct 1
9 and 20 also correspond to only one side.

<Effects of the invention> As is clear from the above detailed explanation, according to the invention, the air conditioning panel does not protrude into the living room as an indoor unit of the air conditioning system, and therefore the indoor space is not reduced. do not have. Furthermore, since it has a complete structure as an air conditioning panel, construction for that equipment can be easily performed. In particular, if the house is a so-called factory-produced house and the house constituent members such as wall materials, flooring materials, roofing materials, etc. are formed as panel bodies, the air-conditioning panel is also a single wall member like the above-mentioned panel bodies. In other words, it can be assembled on the same production line as the panel body described above. Furthermore, the air conditioning panel of the present invention has various advantages, such as the fact that the air conditioning panel has sufficient strength due to the frame core material, so it can be used as a load-bearing member along with other wall bodies. It is possible to achieve practical effects.
