[Detailed explanation of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention is installed in a ventilation hole formed in the wall or ceiling of a room, and is used to reduce the pressure difference caused by exhaust air from a ventilation fan, that is, the pressure difference between indoor and outdoor. The present invention relates to an air supply damper device whose damper blades open in response to air supply to supply the necessary air.

The applicant previously filed Utility Application No. 1-144893 (Utility Application No. 1-144893)
-83755) proposed an air supply damper device.
In this air supply damper device, a damper blade is arranged at the tip of an air passage member that forms an air passage, and the damper blade moves forward and backward depending on the difference in air pressure between indoors and outdoors, and moves away from and into contact with the tip of the air passage member. This allows the ventilation passage to open and close. That is, when the damper blade separates from the tip of the air passage member, a passage is formed there, and outside air is supplied into the room through this passage.

Incidentally, the supply air damper device is used by being connected to a ventilation duct penetrating a wall or a ventilation duct arranged in the ceiling, but it is usually installed so that it hardly protrudes from the wall or ceiling.

Therefore, if turbulence occurs in the outside airflow passing through the supply air damper device due to the relationship with the damper blades or air passage members, this turbulence causes part of the outside airflow to flow into the wall surface around the supply air damper device. The air flows directly against the walls and ceiling, and at this time, dust in the outside air tends to accumulate and adhere to the walls and ceiling, contaminating them.

Specifically, a damper blade is placed at the tip of the air passage member that forms the air passage, and the damper blade moves forward and backward depending on the difference in air pressure between indoors and outdoors, and comes into contact with and separates from the tip of the air passage member. To provide an air supply damper device which opens and closes a ventilation passage and is provided with an annular airflow control member in the ventilation passage in the shape of a cone with a cut-off top, narrowly opened on the outdoor side and wide open on the indoor side.

In this air supply damper device, when the indoor air pressure decreases due to exhaust from a ventilation fan or the like, the damper blade separates from the tip of the air passage member due to the high pressure of outside air, and a diffusion path is formed between the two. The outside air coming through the ventilation path is supplied into the room through this diffusion path.

In this air supply state, a part of the outside air coming through the ventilation path goes directly to the diffusion path while being controlled by the slanted outer surface of the airflow control member, while the rest flows within the range limited by the opening of the airflow control member. It hits the damper blade and moves along the damper blade to the diffusion path while pushing the damper blade. As a result, the outside airflow that goes directly to the diffusion path and the outside airflow that hits the damper blades and goes to the diffusion path are appropriately separated, suppressing turbulence when the two outside airflows mix, and preventing walls and ceilings. Turbulence that causes surface contamination will be prevented.

The air passage member 2 forms an air passage A,
It has a cylindrical shape, and the distal end is bent and expanded in a trundle shape to form a bent and expanded portion 2m. Three supporting members 6 are attached radially inside the bearing member 6, and the bearing member 7 is held by these three supporting members 6.

The damper blade 3 is disc-shaped and has an inclined bent part 3 around the circumference.
n is bent and formed in an inclined state, and a shaft member 8 is erected at the center. The damper blade 3 is slidably fitted to the above-mentioned bearing member 7 via the shaft member 8, and is configured to move forward and backward as indicated by arrows X and Y. That is, under normal conditions, the damper blade 3 receives the biasing force of the spring 9 in the direction of the arrow X, and the damper blade 3 contacts the bent and widened portion 2m of the air passage member 2 with its inclined bent portion 3n in an airtight state, so that the air passage A is opened. When the air pressure is closed and a pressure difference is generated between the indoor and outdoor spaces due to exhaust air from a ventilation fan, etc., this pressure difference causes the damper blades 3 to move in the direction of arrow Y against the biasing force of the spring 9, causing the inclined bending portion 3n to bend and expand. A diffusion path Ae is formed apart from the portion 2m, and the ventilation path A is open.

The airflow control member 4 has a conical ring shape with the top cut off, and has a narrow opening 4n on the outdoor side and a wide opening 4w on the indoor side. The airflow control member 4 is supported by the above-mentioned support member 6, and is positioned so that its front end is approximately at the same level as the base end of the bending and expanding portion 2m.

This airflow control member 4 works to control the flow of outside air, and prevents the phenomenon that outside air supplied to the indoor side through the diffusion path Ae directly hits the surface of the ceiling S and contaminates the ceiling S with dust in the outside air. Has a suppressive function.

That is, in the outside air supply state, a part of the outside air flow E coming in from the ventilation path A is in the diffusion path Ae.
The other one comes out directly from the diffusion path Ae after hitting the damper blade 3. At this time, if there is no airflow control member 4, the outside air will be
As shown in E', the flow hits the entire surface of the damper blade 3, and the part that hits the damper blade 3 near the diffusion path Ae has a large interference with the outside air flowing through the diffusion path Ae, which tends to cause turbulence here. let When such turbulence occurs, part of the outside air hits the surface of the ceiling S in the aftermath, and the dust in the outside air causes the ceiling S to
It contaminates the However, due to the presence of the airflow control member 4, the outside air flows in the direction of arrow E shown by the solid line, so the factors that cause the turbulence, that is, the diffusion path
The outside airflow hitting the damper blade 3 in the vicinity of Ae is removed, and the above phenomenon is suppressed.

As shown in the figure, a supply air damper device 1 of the first embodiment
However, the air passage member 21 and damper blades 22 have a simpler shape and structure than those of the air supply damper device 1.

As explained above, the air supply damper device according to this invention is equipped with an airflow control member, and this airflow control member effectively suppresses turbulence that causes the phenomenon of outside air hitting walls and ceilings directly.
