(Conventional technology) Conventionally, in order to prevent the sudden flow of rainwater, in addition to retarding ponds and the Shingen Embankment, which is an improved river embankment, rainwater runoff control facilities such as dug-in, dam-type, or underground types have been used. It was used (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 109437/1983).

(Problems to be Solved by Ideas) Although the above-mentioned retarding ponds and Shingen embankments are effective, they must be installed near rivers, which not only imposes significant restrictions on the installation location, but also requires a vast area. In addition, it is difficult to use retarding ponds for multiple purposes, and although Shingen Embankments can be used for multiple purposes, they suffer from damage during floods.

In addition, the dam type requires a large amount of land and has restrictions on the installation location, and the underground type has difficulty in allowing natural drainage, requires drainage equipment, and requires a cover, and requires a large area, so increasing the water depth is necessary. ,
There were problems such as difficulty in adopting the suction method (infiltration method) due to its strength.

In other words, this invention is an underground regulation pond that uses a permeation gap in the surrounding wall constituent materials and provides artificial soil, a trench, and an underdrain drainage facility at the bottom as a means for infiltration.
This is a semi-underground rainwater outflow control facility that is equipped with a forced drainage means in the regulating pond and a covering means on the top. In addition, the surrounding wall components are steel sheet piles or concrete piles. Next, the covering means is a roof or a roof that doubles as a greenhouse. The forced drainage means includes a pump and a pump whose lower end is connected to the bottom pump and whose upper end faces the artificial soil.

As mentioned above, by using the infiltration type, the amount of water discharged by the pump can be reduced, and a large rainwater control effect can be expected considering the capacity of the regulating pond. Moreover, if it is used as a greenhouse or the like as a covering means, it can be used not only for cultivating plants but also for other multipurpose purposes.

Previously, most of the regulating ponds near residential areas were fenced off to prevent people from entering, making them unusable for other purposes, but the method described above has made them effective. There are advantages available to you. In general, regulating ponds are required to have a capacity of 500 m 3 to 1,650 m 3 per hectare of development area such as residential land, so one regulating pond requires an area of 1,000 m 3 or more, and the water depth must be increased. For example, a rigid structure such as reinforced concrete is required for strength. In addition, if it were covered with soil, it would have its own width limitations and would be expensive. Therefore, in order to increase the width, it was necessary to make the structure light, so a roof structure was used as the covering means, and the multipurpose use of the ground space was considered.

(Function) This invention allows the side walls and bottom of the regulating pond to permeate, so rainwater flowing into the regulating pond permeates into the ground through the side walls and bottom as much as possible, and can be drained by using a forced drainage method. It is possible to improve the capacity of the regulating pond. Furthermore, by using a roof structure as the covering means for the regulating pond, it becomes relatively lightweight and the ground space can be used for multiple purposes.

Steel sheet piles 2 are laid out in parallel along the outer circumference of the planned installation site of the regulating pond 3. In this case, a slight gap may be provided between each steel sheet pile so as not to maintain watertightness, but as long as no filler is inserted in the joint, there is no problem with water penetration. For example, when using steel sheet piles 2 with a length of 12 m, the interior surrounded by this group of steel sheet piles is 6 m long.
Dig down and create a regulating pond space. A rainwater drain pipe 4 is buried in the outer upper part of the steel sheet pile group.
Such a drainage pipe 4 is normally opened into the regulating pond 3, but in this embodiment, an artificial soil layer 5 (for example, 3 m deep and 1 m wide) is provided around the regulating pond 3.
m) is opened at the top. Therefore, when there is little rain, the water is drained to the public sewer pipe 7 via the private drain pipe 6. An orifice 8 is interposed at the end of the private drain pipe 6, and this orifice restricts drainage of the private drain pipe 6.
Since both the side walls 9a and the bottom wall 9b of the moat 9 in which the artificial soil layer 5 is provided are dug, rainwater is also absorbed from these side walls and the bottom wall. Next, when the amount of rainwater exceeds the drainage amount and infiltration amount of the private drainage pipe 6, the moat 9
The water level rises, and it finally flows into the regulating pond 3 from the upper part 10 of the steel sheet pile 2. A water collecting groove 13 is provided around the bottom of the regulating pond 3, and a water pump 14 is installed on one side of the water collecting groove 13, and a water pump 14 is installed on one side of the water collecting groove 3, and water is forced to drain to the artificial soil through a water pump 15 of the water pump 14. ing. In this case, if the water pump 14 can be turned on and off according to the water level in the moat 9, automatic drainage control can be achieved. Said water pump 1
When the amount of water flowing into the regulating pond exceeds the capacity and infiltration amount in step 4, the water level in the regulating reservoir rises and finally reaches the ground level.
Water will flood to the top. One of the amounts of seepage water is infiltration in the direction of arrow 38 from the gaps in the steel sheet piles 2, and the other is drained from the artificial soil 17 of the regulating pond 3, the trench 16, and the private underdrain 18, and is used to recharge the groundwater 19. are helpful. 20 in the diagram

Figure 2 shows the space being used as a greenhouse. In other words, it shows a state in which plants 26 are planted in backfill soil 25 and grown in a greenhouse 24. As shown in Fig. 4, a wire mesh 36 is stretched over the top surface of the H steel beam 21 to prevent danger. . Moreover, ivy 37 can be planted and propagated on the inner wall surface of the regulating pond 3 if necessary.

FIG. 3 shows various facilities of the regulating pond 3.
When rainwater enters the regulating pond 3, the water that permeates from the trench 16 and the artificial soil 17 flows down as shown by the arrow 30, enters the underdrain drain pipe 18, and flows into the connecting pipe 3.
1, it permeates into the ground from the permeation well 32 and increases the permeation function of the bottom of the regulation pond. In addition, there are 3 pumping pipes in each part.
4 is inserted below the water level 33, the water is pumped up as shown by the arrow 35, and the water is used for watering plants, etc., thereby recycling rainwater. However, depending on the use of the steel sheet pile 2, the water levels 19 and 33 may not match.

Next, FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of the bottom of a regulating pond used as an all-weather playground. That is, the permeable mat 27 can be laid on the artificial soil 17 for use. Furthermore, a part 28 can be divided and a dehydrator 29 can be installed there.

(Effects of the invention) That is, according to this invention, a regulating pond having permeable side walls and a bottom is provided, and its covering means is also utilized, so that the side wall is not clogged and has good permeability. Regulating ponds can be used efficiently considering their volume, and when it is not raining, the bottom of the pond can be used as a sports field, and the above-ground part can be used for greenhouses and other multipurpose purposes. In addition, a forced drainage means is provided, which has the effect of allowing rapid drainage within the facility.
