The hot air chamber 26, the hot air circulation chamber 2B, and the mechanism chamber 27. A drawer 3 can be put in and taken out of the heating chamber 2A from the cabinet 1. At the bottom of the drawer 3, a food table 12 made of a disk-shaped dielectric material is fitted. In this embodiment, as will be described later, the food table 12 is almost the same as the nozzle disk (jet plate) 4. A large number of hemispherical projections 12A (see FIG. 2 and FIG. 3) are formed on the upper surface of the food table 12, and the space between the back surface of the food, which is the object to be heated and the upper surface of the food table, is placed on the projection 12A. To ensure good ventilation.

It can be moved. The rear plate 18 of the drawer 3 is a plate having a large number of through holes and facilitates exhaust of high-speed hot air sprayed from the nozzle disk 4. A large number of through holes are also formed in the interior rear plate 14 as a first partition wall that partitions the heating chamber 2A and the hot air circulation chamber 2B in the interior 2 of the cabinet 1.
It makes it easy to exhaust the air inside the warehouse. The diameter and pitch of the through holes of the rear plate 14 in the refrigerator are set to values within a range that can prevent microwave leakage.

Is small. In order to favorably form a hot air jet as will be described later, as shown in FIG. 6 which is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the nozzle disk 4, the number of nozzle holes 4A to be formed is set to a certain extent. Hemispherical protrusion 4B at the place where the nozzle hole is opened
And a nozzle hole 4A is formed at the center of these protrusions 4B. As a result, the required orifice length is obtained. Further, the entrance of the nozzle hole 4A has a corner R in order to reduce the flow resistance.

I am trying to rotate it. Therefore, various patterns can be considered for the position and the arrangement pitch of the nozzle holes 4A of the nozzle disk 4, but for example, in order to obtain the hot air jet substantially evenly when the nozzle disk 4 rotates on the center side and the outside of the food material, for example, The number of holes is reduced on the inner circumference and the number of holes is increased on the outer circumference.

, The hemispherical protrusion 4B (corresponding to the protrusion 12A in FIG. 2) is directed to the upper side by using a nozzle disk having no nozzle hole, and this protrusion allows the gap between the food table and the food I try to secure the space. It should be noted that a certain number of protrusions are required to secure this space, and that the nozzle disk 4 does not necessarily have nozzle holes formed in all the protrusions. Since the food table 12 has a small thickness, a gap is provided between the food table 12 and the bottom of the refrigerator so that microwaves can easily enter from the bottom surface of the food.
