Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the service life of a member for immersing in a galvanizing bath by constituting hot-melt-spray-coating of SiO2 and Al2O3 having specified content. CONSTITUTION:The objective member for immersing in a galvanizing bath excellent in durability is obtd. by applying hot-melt-spray-coating constituted of one or >= two kinds among Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2, MgO, ZrO2, Cr2O3, CrO, SiC and SiN to the surface of a member, and in which the hot-melt-spray-coating is constituted of Al2O3 and SiO2 and the content of SiO2 is regulated to 5 to 70wt.%. This member is excellent in wear resistance because Al2O3 and SiO2 are good in wettability for hot dip zinc and good in lubricity in zinc. In addition, it has low reactivity with hot dip zinc and is also good in corrosion resistance such as intergranular zinc embrittlement and alloying resistance.

術と比較して緻密で硬度が高く、溶融亜鉛浴での耐食
性、耐摩耗性に優れるためである。
