品を装着する電気部品挿入機に薄板の供給・取出
し装置を適用したものである。すなわち挿入など
を行なう加工位置に設けられて基板の位置決めを
行なうポジシヨナー(位置決めテーブル)の一側
に供給コンベアを、他側に搬出コンベアを設け、
供給コンベアにより基板を搬送してポジシヨナー
に送り、ここで位置決めして加工した後、搬出コ
ンベアで搬出して収納箱に基板を収容するように
なつている。そしてポジシヨナーへの基板の供給
搬出が行なわれるときは、両コンベアの搬送面は
ポジシヨナー上面と同一高さにあり、ポジシヨナ
ーが作業中、すなわち前後左右に2次元的に移動
して基板の位置決めを行なうときには両コンベア
は上方に移動してポジシヨナーの作動を妨げない
ようになつている。従つて一個の基板毎に搬送後
上下動を繰返すため機構的に複雑となり、かつ生
産速度の向上にも限界があつた。
