For example, a conventional elevator panel as described above, shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-192087, will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6. In Figure 3, 1
is an elevator car, and the wall of the car 1 is constructed by connecting a plurality of elevator panels 2 to each other, and the lower ends of these panels 2 are fixed to the floor 3 via baseboards (not shown). , above panel 2
The upper end of is fixed to the ceiling (not shown). As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the panel 2
A reinforcing member 5 is fixed to the back surface of the front plate 4 by adhesive, welding, or the like. The top plate 4 has a surface portion 4a
The upper and lower end surface portions 4b and 4c are bent at right angles to the back side, and the side surface portions 4 are bent from both sides of the surface portion 4a.
d, 4d are bent at right angles to the back side, and side parts 4d,
Further left and right back flange parts 4e and 4e from 4d
is bent at a right angle and formed parallel to the surface portion 4a. The reinforcing member 5 is composed of a corrugated board with a continuous uneven cross section bent at right angles, and has upper and lower end surfaces 4 on the front surface 4a of the top surface 4a and the back surface.
It is fixed between b and 4c. Furthermore, mounting nuts 6 for fixing to the ceiling and baseboard are fixed to the upper and lower end surfaces 4b and 4c of the top plate 4, respectively. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, interference between the reinforcing member 5 and the nut 6 can be avoided by partially notching the end of the reinforcing member 5 and arranging the nut 6 in the notched part 5a. .

The conventional elevator panel is constructed as described above, with the upper and lower end surfaces 4b and 4c of the top plate 4 bent at right angles to the surface portion 4a, and the end surface portion 4
b, 4c, in particular, the reinforcing member 5 was brought into contact with the end face part so as not to deform the lower end face part 4c, so it was necessary to avoid interference between the reinforcing member 5 and the mounting nut 6 for fixing it to the ceiling and baseboard. Due to restrictions such as the position of the nut 6 and the cross-sectional shape of the reinforcing member 5, there are also restrictions on the configuration of the panel 2 itself and the car compartment, and a notch 5a may be formed at the lower end of the reinforcing member 5. In this case, there was a problem that manufacturing the panel was complicated. This idea was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and there are fewer restrictions on the position of the mounting nut and the cross-sectional shape of the reinforcing member, and it also eliminates the need for notches at the ends of the reinforcing member. It is an object of the present invention to obtain an elevator panel that does not need to be provided and whose upper and lower end surfaces of a top plate are not easily deformed.

In this device, the upper and lower end portions of the top plate are bent at right angles to the back side, respectively, and the top and bottom end portions are bent at right angles to face the front plate surface. A rear flange, a mounting nut provided on the upper and lower end faces with the main parts located on the back of the upper and lower end faces, recessed from the tips of the upper and lower back flange parts, and a groove-shaped bent part that crosses A reinforcing member is formed on the surface, fixed to the back surface of the top plate, and disposed between the tips of the upper and lower back flange portions.

The elevator panel according to this invention has a U-shaped cross section with the upper and lower flange parts bent parallel to the front surface from the tips of the upper and lower end surfaces. Even if the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing member are not in contact with the face part, the strength that prevents the end face part from deforming can be obtained, and the reinforcing member is fixed between the upper and lower back flange parts of the front face part of the top plate. Then, gaps are created between the top and bottom edges of the top plate and the top and bottom edges of the reinforcing member, and due to these gaps, the mounting nuts can be inserted in any direction to the left or right of the top and bottom edges of the top plate. The reinforcing member can be fixed in position without interfering with the reinforcing member without forming a notch at the end of the reinforcing member.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 4 to 6 indicate corresponding parts, and 4f and 4g are bent at right angles from the upper and lower end surfaces 4b and 4c of the top plate 4 to form the surface portion 4a. Upper and lower back flange portions are formed parallel to each other, and these back flange portions 4
The left and right end parts of f and 4g are the left and right back flange parts 4
It is superimposed on the surface side of e and 4e. Further, the reinforcing member 5 is fixed to the back surface of the front surface portion 4a of the top plate 4 between the upper and lower back flange portions 4f and 4g, and the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing member 5 and the upper and lower end surface portions 4b of the top plate 4,
Gaps 7a and 7b are formed between the upper and lower end surfaces 4b and 4c, respectively, and the mounting nut 6 partially inserts into the gaps 7a and 7b, so that the left side of the upper and lower end surfaces 4b and 4c,
It can be fixed at any position to the right. Note that the configuration of this embodiment other than the above is as follows:
The panel 2 of this embodiment is similar to the conventional elevator panel shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.
constitutes the wall of the car room in the same manner as shown in FIG. 3, and is fixed to the ceiling and floor side of the car using mounting nuts 6. In addition, in this invention, the reinforcing member is not necessarily limited to the cross-sectional shape of the embodiment;
One or more pieces having a Z-shape or a Z-shaped cross section may be fixed to the back surface of the front surface of the front plate, arranged in the left and right directions.

As explained above, in this invention, the upper and lower ends of the top plate are bent at right angles to the back side, and the upper and lower end faces are bent at right angles, and the tips of the upper and lower end faces are bent at right angles to the front side. The upper and lower rear flanges facing the
A mounting nut is arranged on the back side of the lower end face part so as to be recessed from the tip of the upper and lower back flange parts, and a groove-shaped bent part is formed in the cross section and is fixed to the back face of the top plate to attach the upper and lower back flanges. A reinforcing member is provided between the tips of the parts. As a result, the upper and lower ends of the top plate are made into a U-shaped cross section with the upper and lower back flange parts bent parallel to the front side from the tips of the upper and lower end faces. Even if the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing member are not brought into contact with the face part, the upper and lower end faces are strong enough to prevent deformation, and the reinforcing member is fixed between the upper and lower back flanges on the back face of the front plate. By placing a part of the mounting nut in the gap between the upper and lower end surfaces and the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing member, it is possible to fix it at any position on the left or right side of the upper and lower end surfaces. Therefore, there is no need to provide a notch at the end of the reinforcing member for inserting the nut, and the nut can be easily fixed to the upper and lower end surfaces, and there are no restrictions on the position of the nut or the cross-sectional shape of the reinforcing member. This has the effect that there is a large degree of freedom in panel design, and that panel manufacturing and cab assembly are easy.
