Therefore, in the conventional pachinko machine, the mechanical structure of the back mechanism board attached to the back surface of the game board is complicated, assembly and positioning adjustment are troublesome, and the components of the back mechanism board are complicated. Occupies a large space, and it is impossible to have a sufficient empty space in the back of the game board. That is, there is a disadvantage that the effective use space of the back of the game board is narrowed and the maintenance and inspection of the back mechanism board are difficult.
On the other hand, in recent pachinko machines, those that have a large variable winning device that uses an electric drive source that creates a state in which a large amount of prize balls called so-called lucky seven are popular among players, and most of them are A large-scale variable prize winning device is being attached to the model. However, such a large variable winning device is often equipped with a conventional mechanical prize ball ejecting device because its electric drive source often penetrates the game board and extends to the rear of the back set board. On the other hand, in the back mechanism board, there is an inconvenience that the space for extending such a variable winning device cannot be sufficiently secured.

Further, with the adoption of such a large-sized variable winning device, the chances of simultaneous or continuous winning balls are extremely increased. However, in the conventional mechanical prize ball discharging mechanism, one discharging cycle takes about 1.5 seconds because the discharging operation is the mechanical link motion as described above, but with the current electric launching device, 100 discharging balls per minute. A batted ball is fired. That is, since the hit balls are launched into the game board every 0.6 seconds, a large number of prize balls are generated in a short time, the discharge of the prize balls cannot be caught up, and the prize balls may be accumulated one after another. Therefore, a high-speed prize ball ejecting device is demanded, and a large amount of prize balls are paid out to the player accordingly, so that it is necessary to increase the size and structure of the prize ball storage unit.

Further, with the speeding up of the prize ball discharging device and the increase in the number of times of discharging as described above, there is a demand for a discharging device capable of sufficiently withstanding repeated frequent discharging operations. The conventional mechanical ejector operated by transmission of physical force has a limit in speeding up due to wear of each mechanism and the like, and also has poor durability. Moreover, in a conventional pachinko machine equipped with a mechanical ejector,
Discharging operation occurs due to friction or deformation of each part causing inoperability, or so-called ball clogging due to foreign matter mixed in the prize ball case or misalignment of balls, causing problems such as stop of discharge function or defective discharge. Was inaccurate and uncertain. In order to eliminate such weak points, it becomes necessary to have a monitoring function to detect a ball down abnormality.

However, if the discharge operation of the prize balls is immediately stopped when the abnormal flow of the balls is detected, the discharge operation of one prize ball, that is, the discharge of the predetermined number of prize balls for one winning ball is stopped. If it is in the middle, it will not only become unfair to the player if he or she does not remember the balls that have been ejected up to that point, but from the player's side it seems that only a small number of prize balls have been ejected Trouble may occur between and.

The present invention has been made by paying attention to the problems as described above, and it is eccentric to one side and vacated in the center on a back surface set board attached to the back surface of the game board. A prize ball discharging device capable of discharging one item is attached to form a portion, a spare storing part for the prize ball is provided above the prize ball discharging device, and the spare ball of the spare storing part is automatically operated. A guide path for rectifying and guiding is connected, and the lower end of the flow is connected to the inflow port of the biased prize ball discharging device, and the prize ball is stored in the saucer storage section provided below the prize ball discharging device. A signal that communicates the discharge port of the discharge device, an auxiliary storage section that communicates with an auxiliary saucer is connected to the saucer storage section, and that detects a winning of a hit ball hit on the game board and generates a winning detection signal. Based on the generation means and the winning detection signal, The control means for sequentially generating drive command signals to the ball discharge device, the means for detecting the discharge state in the prize ball discharge device, and the flow condition monitoring means for monitoring the flow condition of the spare balls are provided, and the control means are provided. Generates an end-of-discharge signal for each prize ball discharge for each of the prize balls based on the detection signal from the discharge state detection means, and detects an abnormal flow of the spare ball based on the signal from the flow status monitoring means. In such a case, at least the operation related to the discharge of the prize balls is stopped after the predetermined number of discharge operations are completed.

According to the above means, a hit ball that has entered the winning area is electrically detected, the number of winning balls is stored based on the detection signal, and one ball is operated by a signal from the control device. Since the prize ball discharging device capable of discharging to the destination is provided, the mechanical structure such as the controller 260, the operating lever 265, and the movement rod 266 in the back mechanism board becomes unnecessary,
Moreover, since the prize ball discharging device is attached so as to be offset to one side of the rear surface setting board so as to form a wide empty part in the center, it is possible to increase the effective use space of the back part of the game board. In addition, even if the hit ball is won in a plurality of winning areas at the same time, it is individually detected and stored, and electronically processed so that accurate payout can be performed, and a shortage of reserve balls or abnormal flow-down can be promptly performed. Since the operation related to the discharge of the prize balls is stopped after the detection operation is finished, an unfair result is not given to the player, and the operation is stopped in the middle of one discharge operation. Since there is no such problem, it is possible to prevent a trouble between the player and the game shop.

FIG. 12 is a block diagram showing an example of a control system of the prize ball discharging device 40 by the control device 50. The winning detection signal (pulse) generated from the winning ball detector 55 corresponding to each winning ball is supplied to a storage circuit 51 as a storage unit such as a counter and counted to store the number of winning balls. To be done. The detection signal from the discharge ball detector 45 in the prize ball discharging device 40 is input to the control circuit 52. When the stored value of the storage circuit 51 becomes "1" or more, the motor of the prize ball discharging device 40 is input. Four
A drive command signal for driving 1 is output. Then, the motor 41 rotates to start the discharge of the prize balls, and the detection signal (pulse) is sent from the detector 45 to the control circuit 52 for each prize ball. The control circuit 52 counts this detection signal with, for example, an internal counter. When the count value reaches a value preset in the internal setting device, it is determined that a predetermined number of prize balls have been discharged, and the discharge is completed. A signal is output or the output of the motor drive signal is stopped to end the discharge.

When it is detected by the discharge ball detector 45 that no balls are discharged to the exits 25c 1 and 25c 2 at the end of the guideway 25 due to a ball jam or the like during discharging, Upon receiving the output, the control circuit 52 immediately stops the motor 41, holds the value of the counter as it is, and when the prize balls enter the outlets 25c 1 and 25c 2 , the motor 41 is operated again to operate the remaining prizes. Eject the ball. When one discharge is completed, the control circuit 52 sends a signal to the storage circuit 51 to decrement (decrease) the stored content.
Let It should be noted that the control circuit 52 is made to input the signal from the ball shortage detector 56, and the motor 41 is driven when the detection signal is sent to the control circuit 52 because there are no spare balls in the preliminary storage section 24. May be stopped and the discharge of the prize ball may be stopped. Also in this case, the control circuit 52 does not perform the discharging operation of the current time, that is,
It is preferable to wait until the discharge of a predetermined number of prize balls for one winning ball is completed and then stop the next discharge.

For example, the entire apparatus can be made compact as compared with the conventional prize ball discharging mechanism, and when a plurality of prize balls occur at the same time, these are stored in the memory circuit, so that the prize balls are temporarily stocked. , A complicated mechanism for separating and discharging each discharge once to perform the discharge operation becomes unnecessary. Therefore, the structure of the back mechanism board is simplified, and assembly, positioning adjustment, and the like are facilitated. Moreover, the prize winning ball discharging device is attached so as to be offset to one side of the back surface setting board, a spare storing part for the prize balls is provided above the prize ball discharging device, and the spare balls in the spare storing part are self-contained. A guide path for rectifying by operation is provided in series, and the lower end of the flow is connected to the inflow port of the biased prize ball discharging device, and is connected to a saucer storage part provided below the prize ball discharging device. A wide space can be formed at the center of the back surface setting board by connecting the discharge port of the prize ball discharging device and connecting the auxiliary storage part connected to the auxiliary pan to the receiving pan storage part.
As a result, maintenance and inspection of the back side set board becomes easy, and using this empty part, for example, a variable prize winning device or display called a large annoyance that largely protrudes toward the back side set board side in the center of the game board. The device can be attached.

In the conventional pachinko machine, there is a limitation in the size when the variable winning device is attached to the game board because a sufficient empty part cannot be formed in the center of the back set board, but the present invention is not limited to this. According to this, it becomes possible to attach a large-scale variable prize device, which allows the addition of a highly variable variable prize device that can fully satisfy the player, and the pachinko machine's entertainment value. It is possible to raise the price and improve the commercial value. In addition, the back set board has a structure that overlaps the first and second spaces to improve its strength and widen the effective use space, so that a large amount of winning balls can be generated due to the adoption of a large variable winning device. As a result, the saucer storage section and the auxiliary storage section can be increased in size.

Further, according to the present invention, since the winning balls are individually detected and electronically processed, even if a plurality of winning balls occur at the same time, the discharge of the prize balls due to the ball clogging is stopped. In addition to disappearing, accurate payout is performed, and when the flow of spare balls or prize balls is monitored and shortage of spare balls or abnormalities such as ball clogging due to the inclusion of foreign matter are detected, the specified number of balls are discharged. Since the operation related to the discharge of the prize ball is stopped after the operation,
It is possible to prevent empty discharge and halfway prize ball discharge, which will not give an unfair result to the player, and will not be stopped in the middle of one discharge operation. It is possible to prevent trouble from occurring in advance. In addition, the electric prize ball discharging device is more durable than the mechanical one and enables high-speed and reliable discharging operation, so that it can quickly and smoothly handle a large number of consecutive winning balls. The effect is that the prize balls can be paid out.
