2. Description of the Related Art A spare tire 2 is housed in a luggage space of a trunk or a hatchback of an ordinary automobile and a van as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. The upper surface of the spare tire 2 is covered with a partition plate 1a. A flat bottom with a double bottom is formed so as to conceal the cargo and facilitate loading of luggage. Further, in the hatchback, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, there may be a case where an upper partition plate 1b is provided to hide the luggage loaded in the luggage space and partition the luggage space from the inside of the vehicle. This upper partition plate 1b is normally opened and closed in conjunction with the glass hatch 3 for easy loading and unloading of luggage, and when the glass hatch 3 is closed, the partition plate 1b forms a flat surface on the back of the seat 4. However, the luggage can be concealed and personal items can be placed at the top.

However, the above metal products are inferior in corrosion resistance, and if they have sufficient strength as a partition plate, they become heavy and the weight of the entire vehicle increases. Further, a synthetic resin substitute instead of this is only a member assembly, and a lightweight integrally molded product has not been obtained.

In the method of manufacturing a partition plate for a synthetic resin automobile according to the present invention, before or after or after the mold is clamped by inserting a parison made of a synthetic resin into a blow mold. At the same time, the sliding plates are arranged in a grid pattern on one side or both sides of the blow molding die. Of the sliding plates, the end of the selected sliding plate or the crossing part of the sliding plate Part of the wall of the parison is partially crimped by using the sliding plate which is removed in the vicinity of the above, and the inside of the mold parison is made to communicate with each other, and then air blow is performed to form a hollow plate body. Simultaneously with molding the main body, the crimping part inside the parison is molded into a plate shape to form a reinforcing plate arranged in a lattice shape by a part of the parison inside the main body, and the outer surface of the reinforcing plate portion arranged in a lattice shape is formed. Including the part that was in contact with the sliding plate To smooth the whole outer body surface was a means of solving problems.

The reinforcing plates 10 and 11 are formed by using a part of the parison when the synthetic resin parison is air blown to form the main body, and a partially cutaway perspective view of FIG. 2 (portion A in FIG. 1). As shown in FIG. 5, the upper surface plate 5 and the lower surface plate 6 are supported at regular intervals to prevent the plate surface from being deformed. Portions 10a and 11a are formed.

Further, the reinforcing plates 10 and 11 do not appear on the outer surface of the main body, and the surfaces of the upper plate 5 and the lower plate 6 do not have dents or the like that reduce the second moment of area. Therefore, in the synthetic resin partition plate for an automobile manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention, the upper surface plate 5 and the lower surface plate 6 are firmly fixed by the peripheral side wall 7 and the reinforcing plates 10 and 11 inside, and at the time of bending deformation. Since the opening phenomenon that is seen in the recess of the rib does not occur on the plate surface, the second moment of area becomes large in both vertical and horizontal directions, and it is not necessary to make the wall thickness particularly large, so it is possible to reduce the weight. .

3 to 5 show in sequence one embodiment of a method for manufacturing a partition plate for a synthetic resin automobile according to the present invention, in which a blow mold 21 is composed of a pair of split molds 21a and 21b. 22 is a die fixing plate, and 23 is an air nozzle. The split molds 21a and 21b have a vertical slide plate 24 and a horizontal slide plate 25, which are arranged with a predetermined interval and form a part of the inner surface of the mold, and a horizontal slide plate 25. It is pierced so that it can move in and out so as to abut each other. The sliding plates 24 and 25 are normally moved in and out by hydraulic pressure, pneumatic pressure, and mechanical means such as hydraulic means 26. After closing the mold, the sliding plates 24 and 25 are extruded into the mold to clamp the parison and partially crimp it. .

First, as shown in FIG. 3, a molten parison 27 is extruded into the center of the split molds 21a and 21b opened from an extruder (not shown). Next, as shown in FIG. 4, after closing the blow mold 21 and pinching off the parison 27, the hydraulic means 26 is operated to operate the sliding plates 2 on both sides.
4, 25 are extruded into the mold, and both side walls of the parison 27 are partially sandwiched and crimped. It is also possible to close the blow mold 21 and pinch off the parison 27 while the sliding plates 24 and 25 are extruded. Figure 6 shows the parison 27
Shows the crimped state of the sliding plate 2 of the parison 27.
It is partitioned vertically and horizontally by 4, 25, and the surface of both side walls is dented by the external pressure of the sliding plates 24, 25.
Both side walls are in contact with each other to form welded portions 28 and 29.
When the crimping of the parison 27 is completed, the hydraulic means 2
The sliding plates 24 and 25 are returned by 6 until their tips are flush with the mold surface, and after fixing at that position, the parison 27 is blown with air. By this air blow, the parison 27 expands to fill the cavity as shown in FIG.
The depressions formed on the surface of the parison due to the expansion are gradually lost, and the internal welded portions 28, 29 of the parison are stretched into a plate shape, and the reinforcing plates 10, 11 are formed there.

FIG. 7 shows a state in which the reinforcing plates 10 and 11 are formed. In the welding portions 28 and 29 after removing the sliding plates 24 and 25 in the state of FIG. 6, the welding portions 28 and 29 are formed by air blow. The side wall around 29 is also extended in the direction of the die surface, and the extension force pulls the welded portions 28, 29 which are thicker than the side wall portion and have a large heat retention amount in the direction of the die surface, and finally the reinforcing plate 10 , 11 is obtained. At this time, the sliding plate 24 is cut away at a portion close to the sliding plate 25. Therefore, the portion of the welded portion 28 near the welded portion 29 is
Since both ends of the sliding plate 25 are not welded, and both ends of the sliding plate 25 are not welded, both ends of the welded portion 29 are not welded, and at the time of air blowing, these unwelded portions become air passages. The parison 27 that has been clamped expands to the full extent of the cavity, and the unwelded portion serves as the cutout portion of the reinforcing plate.

Sliding plates arranged in a grid pattern on one or both sides of the blow molding die, but close to the end of the selected sliding plate or the crossing part of the sliding plate. The wall of the parison was partially crimped using the sliding plate that was deleted, and all the inside of the mold-clamped parison was in communication, and then air blow was performed to remove the main body of the hollow plate. Simultaneously with molding, the crimping part inside the parison is molded into a plate shape to form a reinforcing plate arranged in a lattice shape by a part of the parison inside the main body, and the outer surface of the reinforcing plate portion arranged in a lattice shape slides. A method for manufacturing a partition plate for an automobile made of synthetic resin, characterized in that the outer surface of the main body including the part that was in contact with the plate is made smooth as a whole.
