Claims (8)
- 【請求項1】 ソノトローデ(26)と共働する少なく
とも1つの切断刃(12)を有する超音波切断装置を備
える長尺織物を切断するための装置において、ソノトロ
ーデ(26)と共働する予圧縮装置(14)が切断刃
(12)に配置されていることを特徴とする長尺織物を
切断するための装置。 - 【請求項2】 前記切断刃(12)及び前記予圧縮装置
(14)が共通の前記ソノトローデ(26)と共働する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の長尺織物を切断する
ための装置。 - 【請求項3】 前記ソノトローデ(26)に複数の前記
切断刃(12)及び前記予圧縮装置(14)が配置され
ていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載
の長尺織物を切断するための装置。 - 【請求項4】 前記切断刃(12)及び前記予圧縮装置
(14)が個々に前記ソノトローデ(26)に対してバ
イアス緊張可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から請
求項3のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の長尺織物を切
断するための装置。 - 【請求項5】 バイアス緊張のためにばね(22、2
4)が用いられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の長
尺織物を切断するための装置。 - 【請求項6】 切断する長尺織物のその時の厚さに依存
して前記ソノトローデ(26)の振幅及び/または周波
数が切断動作中に調整可能であることを特徴とする請求
項1から請求項5のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の長
尺織物を切断するための装置。 - 【請求項7】 長尺織物を切断するための前記装置が、
長尺織物(2)のその時の厚さ(d1 ,d2 )に対応し
て前記ソノトローデ(26)の周波数及び/または振幅
を調整するために、前記予圧縮装置(14)及び/また
は前記切断刃(12)に配置されそして制御装置(3
2)に接続されている、長尺織物(2)の厚み計(3
4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の
うちのいずれか1つの項に記載の長尺織物を切断するた
めの装置。 - 【請求項8】 前記厚み計が光学的、電子的、機械的の
いずれかのセンサ(36)を有することを特徴とする請
求項7に記載の長尺織物を切断するための装置。
