Generally, such smoothing circuits are of the capacitor input type or the choke input type, but in order to smooth high frequency ripples like a switching regulator, the impedance must be proportional to the frequency. The chiyo-impact type, where the value increases linearly, is more suitable.

As can be seen from the shape of this coil, it is not possible to wind the coil 2 evenly and in alignment around the toroidal magnetic core 1, so if the winding operation is performed manually, the inductance will vary to some extent. Mechanical winding can relatively suppress this variation, but requires a special and expensive winding machine.

A technique is shown in which a toroidal coil is manufactured by surrounding the coil and connecting the tips of adjacent strips. This technology eliminates the need for coil winding.

クタンスのものも製造が可能である。"Effects of the Invention" As explained above, according to the present invention, a toroidal magnetic core is sandwiched between two disc-shaped insulating films on which conductive patterns are formed, and the conductive patterns on each insulating film are electrically connected. It is possible to manufacture toroidal coils with just one step, eliminating the need for the conventional coil winding work, while the electrical connection work of the conductive patterns on the insulating film can be done on an assembly line using relatively simple tools. This has the effect of improving the productivity of toroidal coils. Moreover, since two disc-shaped insulating films with conductive patterns are used, the electrical connections on the inner and outer diameter sides of the toroidal core are spaced from the beginning to match the inner and outer diameters of the toroidal core. Therefore, there is no need to form the electrical connection portion into a strip shape. Therefore, the electrical connection portions are prevented from being disturbed, and the work of connecting the electrical connection portions is much easier than in the case where the electrical connection portions are formed in a rectangular shape. Further, the insulating film on which the conductive pattern is formed can be mass-produced using known printing techniques. Furthermore, since the coil is formed on the insulating film in advance, there is little variation in the winding pitch, etc., and the product characteristics are stable.
Furthermore, by laminating multiple layers of insulating films, it is possible to manufacture a device with a large inductance.

法。[Scope of Claims] 1. A toroidal magnetic core, two flexible disc-shaped insulating films sandwiching the toroidal magnetic core, and a toroidal magnetic core formed on each insulating film and mutually disposed on the inner and outer diameter sides of the toroidal magnetic core. A toroidal coil characterized by comprising a conductive pattern that is electrically connected to form a coil. 2 On two flexible disc-shaped insulating films,
A conductive pattern is formed by cutting a coil to be wound around a toroidal magnetic core in the direction along the winding axis of the coil, and the toroidal magnetic core is sandwiched between two insulating films on which this conductive pattern is formed. A method for manufacturing a toroidal coil, which comprises forming a coil by electrically connecting conductive patterns on each insulating film to each other on the inner and outer diameter sides of a toroidal magnetic core.
