[Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention] Generally, a folding door is constructed by rotatably connecting the side edges of a plurality of panel bodies. However, in this case, the panel bodies collide with each other due to the slight force applied during folding, which not only causes noise but also damages the panel bodies. Therefore, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-17033, a specially shaped shock-absorbing member was fitted to the upper part of the panel body, or as shown in Publication Utility Model Publication No. 56-54304, mounting holes were drilled in the panel body itself. There are some models in which the shock absorber is directly attached to the panel, but in both cases the shock absorber is attached directly to the panel body, so the shock absorber cannot be completely hidden and the appearance is spoiled, and the shock absorber has to be processed into a special shape. When the need arises,
This is a problem because the panel body itself requires processing and is complicated and difficult to manufacture.

[Means for solving the problem] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was devised for the purpose of providing a folding door that can eliminate these runner-up problems. The left and right side edges of the body are folded and rotatably connected to each other by connecting connecting members, and guide members such as running rollers guided by guide rails are installed above and below each connecting member. Each attachment member for attaching a member to a connecting member includes:
Buffer members are provided on the surfaces that face each other when the panel bodies are folded, and buffer absorption between adjacent panel bodies that face each other when the panel bodies are folded is provided. This feature is characterized in that it is configured to be carried out on both sides of the folded end portion that protrudes from the rail.

[Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a folding door that opens and closes an opening, and the folding door 1 is constructed by connecting the side edges of a plurality of panel bodies 2 via connectors 3 so as to be foldable and rotatable. When stored, the facing surfaces of the adjacent panel bodies 2 are placed face-to-face,
It is designed to be folded with the back and back sides. Mounting brackets (mounting members of the present invention) 4 are integrally fixed to the upper and lower ends of the connector 3 in such a manner that they protrude upward and downward from the panel body, respectively. The upper hanging roller 6 and the lower auxiliary roller 7 are used as a pair, and the upper and lower regulating rollers 8
as a pair of guide members 6, 7, such as hanging rollers,
8 are installed respectively. The hanging roller 6 runs on an upper rail laid from the opening to the inside of the door pocket 9, and the auxiliary roller 7 is guided by a lower rail 11 similarly laid from the opening to the inside of the door pocket 9. There is. On the other hand, at the opening of the regulating roller 8, the folding is regulated by interfering from the inside with the side plates 10a, 11a provided on the outdoor side of the upper and lower rails 10, 11.
In the door pocket 9 without side plates 10a and 11a,
This restriction has been lifted, and now the products can be folded and stored.

In the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above, the folding door 1 has a hanging roller 6, an auxiliary roller 7, a regulating roller 8, an upper rail 10, a lower rail 10,
11 and the side plates 10a, 11a, the suspension roller 6 and the auxiliary roller 7 are guided by the upper and lower rails 10, 11, and are extended in a flat state. The guide 8 is released and folded to the outside of the room and stowed in a staggered manner, but the collision noise generated at that time is reliably alleviated and the panel body 2 is not damaged.

That is, when the folding door 1 is folded, the shock absorbing members 12 collide with each other at the folded portions on the proximal and distal sides, as described above, to absorb the shock when folded, resulting in discomfort. Not only is no noise generated, the vibration of the panel body 2 is also reduced, allowing quiet and smooth opening/closing operation, and the panel body 2 is not damaged.

In the case where the present invention is implemented in this way,
Although the cushioning member 12 is designed to absorb shock when folded, the cushioning member 12
is not provided on the panel body 2 as in the past,
Since it is attached to the mounting bracket 4, there is no need to make the buffer member 12 into a special shape or to drill holes in the panel body 2 and attach it. It can be made into an extremely simple structure that only needs to be attached to the mounting bracket 4. Moreover, since this product is attached to the mounting bracket 4 necessary for attaching the guide members 6, 7, 8 such as the hanging roller 6, the mounting bracket 4 itself can also be used as a mounting member for the buffer member 12, and the parts can be This means that it can be used for multiple purposes.

Moreover, the mounting bracket 4 includes upper and lower rails 10,
Since it is blindfolded by the side plates 10a and 11a of No. 11,
If the buffer member 12 is placed on the panel body 2 and is provided at the upper and lower ends of the panel body 2 as in the conventional case, and is provided at the upper and lower ends so as to be hidden by the rail, to avoid this, the buffer member 12 should be placed on the rail so that it does not interfere with the rail. There is no need to take any measures such as increasing the width, and no problems will occur due to the provision of the buffer member 12. Moreover, since the shock absorption is performed not only on the rail side but also on the tip side protruding from the rail, it goes without saying that one-phase effective shock absorption is achieved, and even when the panel body 2 is folded. , buffer members 4a, 4 also on the tip side protruding from the rail.
Since the panels b are in contact with each other, the front end side of the panel body 2 is reliably supported and has excellent strength.

[Operations and Effects] In summary, since the present invention is constructed as described above, the cushioning member absorbs the shock during folding, thereby reliably preventing noise generation and damage to the panel body. However, the buffer member is provided not on the panel body but on a mounting member necessary for mounting a guide member such as a traveling roller, and therefore requires a separate special shape for the buffer member or a dedicated mounting member. Therefore, the mounting member for the guide member can be effectively used as is, and the parts can be used for multiple purposes. Moreover, since the buffer member is hidden by the guide rail, the appearance will not be impaired in any way.

Moreover, the shock absorption when the panel body is folded is not only done on the base end side that protrudes from the rail side, but also on the tip side that protrudes from the rail. Support for the front end of the panel body, which protrudes from the wall and inevitably becomes unstable cantilevered, can be ensured by the buffer members that are in contact with each other at the front end, resulting in excellent strength and stability. The improvement can be measured.
