[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a tiled wall structure in which a tile material is attached to a wall surface of a building or the like by dry construction.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

Traditionally, the most common method for applying tile material to a wall surface is to apply a mortar to the back surface of the tile material and fix it to the wall surface through this mortar, a so-called wet method. According to the above, since it requires a skilled tile craftsman and a long construction period, in recent years, it has been desired to develop a dry type construction in which the tile material is attached by metal fittings or the like.

As a dry construction method of such a tile material, for example, a base plate made of a metal plate, which is formed by cutting and raising a protrusion for engaging a tile on the surface, is attached to an outer wall base, and A method of locking the recess provided on the back surface of the tile to the projection, or, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 25663/1990, an upward locking projection is cut on the surface of the base plate such as a wood cement board. A method of integrally forming, in which the recesses formed on the back surface of the tile material are locked to the protrusions and bonded and fixed, and the joint portions of the tile material arranged vertically and horizontally are filled with joint material such as cement or resin mortar. Is being developed.

【0004】[0004]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, in the former construction method, the tile locking protrusions formed by cutting and raising the base material made of a metal plate collide with other objects during handling such as load during stacking during transportation and during construction. There is a problem that deformation is likely to occur due to factors such as the above, and it takes time to repair it.

On the other hand, in the latter construction method, since the base plate is formed by forming protrusions on a machinable plate material such as a wood cement plate, it is nailed and fixed to a wall surface during transportation in a laminated state. The protrusions are easily damaged by impact during the process, and once the protrusions are damaged, they cannot be restored like the above-mentioned base plate made of a metal plate. There was a problem that it could not be stopped.

Further, in any of the base plates, since the projections are integrally provided on the surface thereof, the tiles cannot be locked over the adjacent projections, and the size of the tile material that can be pasted is small. There is a problem that the combination of sizes of tile materials that can be adopted is limited due to the limitation by the protrusions. The present invention aims to provide a tiled wall structure that can completely eliminate such problems.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above object, the tiled wall structure of the present invention has a plurality of pin support recesses 2, 2 ... 2 formed by being bored from the front surface toward the back surface at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. Base plate 1 provided in rows, tile material 3 in which pin insertion recesses 4 are bored at least at two left and right sides from the back surface to the front surface side, pin supporting recesses 2 of the base plate 1 and tile material 3, the pin 5 is fitted in the pin insertion recess 4 of the base plate 3, the base plate 1 is stretched on the wall surface 6, and the pin support recesses 2, 2, ... , And the other half of these pins 5 are engaged with the pin insertion recesses 4 of the tile material 3, so that the tile materials 3, 3, ... It has a structure arranged for each.

【0008】[0008]

[Action]

The base plate 1, which has a plurality of rows of pin support recesses 2, 2, ... on its surface, has no protrusions on the surface, so it is possible to stack multiple sheets in a stable state for handling such as transportation. In addition, it is easy to stretch the wall surface 6 such as the furring strip.

When constructing a tiled wall, the base plate 1 is stretched on the wall surface 6, and then one half of the pin 5 is fitted into and supported by the pin support recess 2 of the base plate 1, while the tile material 3 is used. The other half of the pin 5 is fitted and locked in the pin insertion recess 4 formed on the back surface of the base plate 1 to attach the tile material 3 vertically and horizontally at desired intervals. There is no problem if the pin 5 is mounted horizontally to the wall surface, but the pin supporting recess 2 of the base plate 1 and the pin inserting recess 4 of the tile material 3 are inclined so that the pin 5 can be attached to the wall surface. If the tile material 3 is mounted upward, the tile material 3 will be more firmly supported.

At this time, in the horizontal direction of the recessed portion 2 of the base plate 1, the tile material 3 is sequentially lined up in the recessed portion 2 with a joint interval, while in the vertical direction, the vertical width and joint of the tile material 3 are arranged. The tile material 3 is attached through the pins 5 in order to the predetermined recessed grooves 2 arranged in parallel vertically at every width interval. Therefore, in the case of the large-sized tile material 3, not only can the tile material 3 be mounted in the supporting recesses 2 placed one or more in the vertical direction, but also the support material in which any tile material 3 is mounted in the horizontal direction can be supported. With respect to the concave portion 2, it is possible to juxtapose the tile material 3 by arranging the next tile materials 3 and 3 in the concave grooves 2 and 2 adjacent to the upper and lower sides of the support concave portion 2 in parallel. It is possible to construct a stretch wall structure.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 is a rectangular base plate stretched by nailing or the like on a wall base surface 8 formed by a surface such as a pillar or a furring strip. It is made of a plate material such as a calcium silicate plate or plywood, and has pin support recesses 2, 2 ... 2 on its front surface, which are circular holes of an appropriate depth and are formed obliquely downward toward the back surface. A plurality of recessed rows are provided at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction while being provided at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a horizontally long rectangular tile material, and at two left and right positions on the upper rear surface thereof, a circular shape having the same shape as the pin supporting recesses 2 adjacent to the left and right and having the same shape as the supporting recess 2. A pin insertion concave portion 4 formed of a hole is provided, and the pin insertion concave portion 4 is formed at a same angle as the pin support concave portion 2 in a state of being inclined obliquely upward from the back surface to the front surface side. ..

Reference numeral 5 denotes a pin which is fitted into the pin support recess 2 and the pin insertion recess 4, and is formed to have the same diameter as or slightly smaller than those of the recesses 2 and 4 and the length thereof. It is formed to be slightly shorter than the combined length. It should be noted that the pin support recesses 2 formed in the base plate 1 may be formed as a set of two in the left-right direction so that the tile materials 3 are arranged in a row at a joint interval. The size between the adjacent pin support recesses 2 and 2 may be set by arranging the tile material 3 at every interval for cascading the tile material 3 with a joint interval, or by providing a pin at an intermediate portion between these pin support recesses 2 and 2. The supporting recess 2 may be provided.

In order to construct a tiled wall using each member configured as described above, first, a plurality of base plates 1, 1 ... 1 are nailed to a wall base surface 6 such as a pillar or a furring strip. It will be completely stretched by wearing clothes. Next, one half of the pin 5 is sequentially inserted into and supported by the pin support recess 2 of each base plate 1, and one tile material 3 is attached to each of the two adjacent pins 2 and 2. It can be mounted by fitting the pin insertion recesses 4, 4 into the other half of the. At this time, if an adhesive or the like is applied to the surface of the pin, the base plate 1 and the tile material 3 can be firmly connected via the pin 5.

Further, at this time, the other half of the pin 5 is previously fitted into the insertion recesses 4 and 4 of each tile material 3, and the tile material 3 is fixed to the predetermined pin supporting recess 2 of the base plate 1. 2 may be attached by sequentially inserting one half of the pins 5 and 5 into the two. In this way, the tile material 3 is arranged vertically and horizontally on the base plate 1 with a joint interval, and the back surface of the tile material 3 is attached to the base plate 1 by an appropriate adhesive 7 such as cement mortar or epoxy resin as necessary. A tiled wall is constructed by fixing the joint 8 and filling the joint 8 with a joint material 9 such as cement mortar.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the pin supporting recess 2 provided in the base plate 1 has a proper depth cut obliquely downward from the front surface to the back surface side. It is formed by a groove. In this way, a plurality of pin support recesses 2 each having a series of continuous recesses on both side ends are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction on the base plate 1 according to the sum of the vertical width dimension of the tile material 3 and the joint width. There is.

According to this structure, the pins 5 and 5 fitted in the pin insertion recesses 4 and 4 of the tile material 3 can be locked at appropriate positions of the pin support recess 2 formed of a recess groove, and the pins 5 and 5 are adjacent to each other on the left and right sides. It is possible to set a desired joint space between the tile materials 3 and 3.

FIG. 4 shows still another embodiment of the present invention, in which the shape of the pin insertion concave portion 4 provided in the tile material 3 is formed in a concave groove inclined obliquely upward from the back surface to the front surface side. It will be done.

According to this structure, after one half of the pin 5 is fitted into each pin supporting recess 2 of the base plate 1, the other half of the pin 5 protruding from the base plate 1 is recessed on the rear surface of the tile material 3. It can be mounted by hooking the pin insertion recess 4 formed of a groove to improve the workability, and at least two pins arranged in the lateral direction can be spaced from each other by at least two pins. Since the base plate 1 may be arranged at every stoptable interval, versatility is increased.

It should be noted that both the base plate 1 and the tile material 3 may be provided with a pin support recess 2 and a pin insertion recess 4 which are recessed grooves, respectively. Further, the pin 5 is not limited to a round bar shape, but may be a square bar shape or a flat plate shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the pin support recess 2 and the pin insertion recess 4 can be changed according to the shape. Good. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the pin 5 is mounted obliquely upward to the base plate 1, but the pin supporting recess 2 and the pin insertion recess 4 are formed in the base plate 1 in the horizontal direction. However, pins may be press-fitted into these recesses 2 and 4.

【0021】[0021]

[Effect of the device]

As described above, according to the tiled wall structure of the present invention, the base plate 1, the tile material 3 and the pins 5 can be handled separately to improve the transportability and other handling properties. Unlike the base plate of the above, the projection is not formed, and only a plurality of rows of pin supporting recesses 2 are provided on the surface thereof, so that a large number of sheets can be stacked in a stable state, and the pin supporting recesses can be formed. It can be handled without causing defects in 2.

Further, when constructing a tiled wall, one half of the pin 5 is fitted into and supported by the pin supporting concave portion 2 of the base plate 1 stretched on the wall surface 6, and these are projected from the base plate 1. Since it suffices to insert the pin insertion concave portion 4 provided on the back surface of the tile material 3 into the other half portion of the pin 5, the tiling work can be performed smoothly without any skill, and the work is also easy. Therefore, the construction period can be shortened.

Further, since only the pin insertion concave portion 4 is provided on the back surface of the tile material 3, there is a possibility that the tile material 3 may be damaged by an impact or the like like a base plate having locking projections on the front surface. Moreover, the tile material 3 can be securely attached to the base plate 1 via the pins 5 and is not peeled off.

Furthermore, since the tile member 3 is attached to the pin supporting recess 2 of the base plate 1 via the pin 5 as described above, it is not used for attachment even if the size of the tile member 3 is changed. The pin-supporting recess 2 does not interfere with the mounting of the tile material 3, and accordingly, the mounting position of the pin-supporting recess 2 can be selected according to the size of the tile material 3, and the construction can be performed. As an arrangement of tile materials in the horizontal direction, it is possible to arrange the next tile materials 3 and 3 in parallel in the vertically adjacent recesses 2 and 2 with respect to the pin supporting recess 2 to which any tile material 3 is attached. Therefore, a tiled wall structure with various changes can be constructed, and the pin support recesses 2 on the back side of the tile material 3 which are not used for mounting the tile material 3 are filled with an adhesive to further secure the fixation of the tile material 3. Can be .
