容易に増殖する状態にある。今迄はこれを防止するには
何等考えられていなく、唯速かに食するしかなく、極め
て危険な状態であった。2. る。しかしこの紫外線の到達しない影の部分の菌に対す
る効果は期待出来ない。又同じ様に折詰されたすしを外
部の空気と隔離させ高周波、特にマイクロ波を衝撃的に
印加させて殺菌する事が出来るがしかしこれのみではそ
の殺菌効果を完全にするには印加時間を長くかける必要
から、すしねたが加熱され味が変化してしまう欠点があ

トに覆うったすし折詰(5)を置く事により、筐体
(6)内部にマイクロ波を印加すると共に紫外線も同時
照射するものである。これにより折詰のすしに付着して
いる菌を極めて短い時間で殺す事が出来る。したがって
すしねたが加熱されないためにその味も変わらずに折詰

等味は変化なく約48時間経過後も腐敗せず食する事が
出来た。したがってこれにより、すし折詰の殺菌にその
