[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the above-mentioned autofilter, the entire row is backwashed at the same time, so the flow rate (flow rate) of the cleaning oil used to backwash each filtration membrane is small, making it difficult to ensure sufficient backwashing. The problem is that it is not effective.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was made to solve the above problems, and the casing has a donut shape inside which is divided as required in the circumferential direction and partitioned in the axial direction by a filtration membrane. An oil element group in which oil elements each having a filtration chamber are stacked in multiple stages is provided so that a space is formed around the periphery, and a filtration chamber is located in the center of the oil element group at each stage by means of through holes or openings provided in each oil element. The filtration chamber is communicated with the surrounding space at each stage by shifting the position from the side space, and the liquid to be treated is caused to flow through the oil element from the center side space toward the surrounding space, and is discharged to the outside of the surrounding casing. At the same time, a distributor having a rotating shaft center concentric with the oil element is disposed in the center side space, and only a valve portion protruding from the distributor comes into sliding contact with the inner circumferential surface of the oil element group, and a hole is formed in the valve portion. In the auto filter in which the return path provided in the center of the distributor is communicated with the through hole by a communication hole, a plurality of communication holes are provided in the valve portion and are staggered in a manner that they do not overlap in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction. The invention is characterized in that the through holes of the required number of stages are successively communicated with the communication holes by the rotation of the distributor.

[Function] The filtered liquid flows in the opposite direction from the surrounding space toward the center side space and backwashes the filtration membrane. Furthermore, by rotating the distributor, the matching point between the communication hole and the through hole is moved, and the filtration membrane being backwashed is changed.

A valve portion 36 formed in the distributor 35 and in sliding contact with the inner circumferential surface of the filter element group has a spiral shape that extends approximately once around the entire length. Communication holes 37 that communicate the through holes 17 and the return path 22 are formed in the valve portion 36 in correspondence with the through holes 17 in each stage and shifted by a required angle for each stage.

For example, assuming that there are nine stages of the filtration chambers 14b, the communication holes 37 are bored at a pitch of each stage in the axial direction and at a pitch of 40° in the circumferential direction.

In this way, as shown in FIG.
7 and the communication hole 37, and all the stages complete communication by the time they are rotated by 45 degrees. Therefore, when the distributor 35 is rotated once, only one of the filtration chambers 14b in all rows and stages is communicated with the return path 22.

The circumferential pitch of the communicating holes 37 may be determined according to the circumferential pitch of the filtration chamber and the number of stages, and the angular difference between the two pitches is calculated by dividing the circumferential pitch angle of the filtration chamber by the number of stages. And it is sufficient.
