Claims (1)
管とガス排出管を接続し、その下部に油排出管を
接続し、その内部に油吸着材を充填して構成され
るヘリウムガス圧縮機ユニツトのオイルセパレー
タにおいて、前記容器内部を、一方の水平断面積
が他方の水平断面積より小さくなるよう、かつ下
部が互に連通するよう、鉛直の仕切壁で２室に仕
切り、仕切壁で分けられたそれぞれの室に油吸着
材を充填し、前記ガス導入管を水平断面積の小さ
い方の室の上部に接続し、前記ガス排出管を水平
断面積の大きい方の室の上部に接続したことを特
