Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a fence provided with a protecting function and convenient in transport and handling by providing a net material, in which a wire rod is swollen out in obverse and reverse sides and partitioned spaces between opposed wires are continuously arranged, and a band plate inserted into each space of the net material. CONSTITUTION:In a net material 1, wire rods are swollen out in obverse and reverse sides of a net surface to continuously form a space 11 between the wire rods and adjacent wire rods are turnably connected by hinges 12. A mesh pitch and size of the space 11 are determind to such a dimension that a band plate 2 can be inserted and possible to suppress looseness in the transverse direction. In the band plate 2, its sectional shape is not only a rectangular shape but also right square and circular shape, lateral width, thickness and total height are determined according to the purpose of use. The band plate 2 is successively inserted into the space 11 for the purpose of reinforcement of the fence and shielding, and blinding and see-through functions are selectively determined. In this way, the band plate 2 can be attached/detached in accordance with the purpose of use so as to facilitate assembling work at a work site.
