Abstract
Description

り出しができる自動販売機を提供することを目的とする

まず、第1図は自動販売機の外観を示すもので、自動販
売機本体の前面扉lには高低二箇所にそれぞれ商品選択
押ボタン2H及び2L、商品取出口3H及び3L、硬貨
投入口4H及び4L、硬貨返却レバー5H及び5L、硬
貨返却口6H及び6Lが設けられている。
第2図は自動販売機の内部構成を示し、7は缶商品を収
納した商品棚、8は商品棚7から搬出された商品9を受
は止めるメインシュータ、10は軸11を支点にしてメ
インシュータ8の先端部8aを図の実線位置から破線位
置まで開く落下用ソレノイド、12はエレベータモータ
13で駆動され、メインシュータ8から受は取った商品
9を持ガイド14を通して上部商品取出口3Hに搬送す
る上昇用エレベータ、15は破線位置まで開いたメイン
シュータ8から落下した商品9を下部商品取出口3Lに
導く下部シュータである。
第3図は制御ブロック図で、16は自動販売機全体を制
御する主制御部、17は商品選択押ボタン2H,2Lや
図示しない商品売切ランプなどの操作パネル部を制御す
る扉制御部、18は商品棚7内の図示しない商品搬出機
構や落下用ソレノイド101エレベータモータ13など
を制御する搬出制御部である。
それでは、このような構成の自動販売機の動作について
、第4図のフローチャートに基づいて説明する。扉制御
部17は商品選択押ボタン2H。
2Lが押されたことを検知しくステップSL)、押ボタ
ン信号を交信ライン19を介して主制御部16に送信す
る。主制御部16は押されたのが上部押ボタン2Hか下
部押ボタン2Lかを判断して搬出制御部18に指令を出
す(ステップS2)。
搬出制御部18は押されたのが上部押ボタン2Hならエ
レベータモータ13をオンしくステップS3)、指定さ
れた商品9を図示しない商品s7から搬出させた後(ス
テップS4)、上昇時間インターバルを置いて(ステッ
プS5)、エレベータモータ13をオフする(ステップ
S6)。これにより、メインシュータ8上に搬出された
商品9は上昇用エレベータ12で上部商品取出口3Hに
搬送される。また、搬送制御部18は押されたのが下部
押ボタン2Lなら、落下用ソレノイド10をオンしてメ
インシュータ8を開いた後(ステップS7)、商品を搬
出させ(ステップS8)、次いで落下用ソレノイド10
をオフしメインシュータ8を閉じる(ステップS9)、
これにより、商品9は下部シュータ15上に落下し、下
部商品取出口3Lに至る。
以上の通り、図示自動販売機においては、利用者が高低
いずれの商品選択押ボタン2H,2Lを押したかによっ
て、押された側の商品取出口3H。
3Lに商品9が搬送されるので、利用者は自分に適した
高さ位置の商品取出口3H,3Lから商品を取り出すこ
