Claims (1)
- 第１のスイツチング素子と第１のリアクトル及
び第２のリアクトルの直列回路を介して電源から
充電される第１のコンデンサと、前記第１のコン
デンサに並列接続される第２のコンデンサと第３
のリアクトルとの直列回路と、前記第２のリアク
トル第１のコンデンサの直列回路部に並列接続さ
れる第２のスイツチング素子から成るパルス電源
において、ダイオードと抵抗器から成る直列回路
を前記第２のスイツチング素子又は前記第３のリ
アクトルに並列接続したことを特徴とするパルス
電源。
