Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a showcase having a high display effect by mounting light source for illuminating the showcase near the lower end of glass door so as to protrude in the front direction in a showcase which has a transparent glass door in the front and displays refrigerated food etc. therein. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent lamp 13 of light source protrudes from the front plate of machinery room 2 in the front direction, and a fluorescent lamp cover 14 is installed surrounding the light. The top surface of the fluorescent lamp cover is at the same level as that of the top end of a rail 15 to easily put merchandise in and out of the showcase. The fluorescent lamp cover is a transparent member 16 with a U shape, and to the front part thereof is attached a translucent coating 17 to cover the transparent member 16. The front part of fluorescent lamp cover 14 forms a translucent cover portion 18 which lets some light of fluorescent lamp 13 pass to the front and reflects some light to illuminate the show case. The part of fluorescent lamp cover 14 near the showcase forms a transparent cover portion 19 which lets the light of fluorescent lamp 13 pass to directly illuminate the showcase.

Description

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Object of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a lighting device for a showcase for displaying products that has a refrigeration device, and particularly relates to a lighting device for a showcase for displaying products having a refrigeration device. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to uniformly illuminate the products inside the showcase by changing the position and structure of the lighting device, and to effectively project the light from the light source into the inside of the showcase, thereby increasing the display effect. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a case lighting device.

[Structure of the invention]

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the lighting device for a showcase of the present invention has a transparent glass door on the front and is used in a showcase in which foods, etc. are refrigerated and displayed. In FIG. 1, the showcase, which is designated as a whole by reference numeral 1, is comprised of a machine room 2 in which a refrigeration device is housed, and a product storage room 3 provided above the machine room 2. Casters 4 are attached to the lower surface of the machine room 2, so that the showcase 1 can slide.

A transparent glass door 5 is fitted in the front of the product storage room 3 so that it can be opened and closed by sliding left and right, so that the products displayed can be observed from the outside. Further, a lighting device 6 is provided below the glass door 5 and at the upper front of the machine room 2.

Figure 2 shows the side view of the showcase 2, and shows the machine room 2.
A refrigeration compressor 7, a condenser 8, a heat exchange fan 9, etc. are housed inside. On the other hand, the product storage room 3 has the glass door 5 on the front surface, and the other peripheral surface is surrounded by a heat insulating wall 10 having a heat insulating material inside. The interior of the product storage room 3 has a space where products can be displayed, and an evaporator 11 and a heat convection fan 12 are provided on the ceiling surface of the heat insulating wall 10.

The evaporator 11 is connected to the compressor 7 and the condenser 8 through a conduit (not shown), and is configured to be able to adjust the temperature of the product storage chamber 3.

The lighting device 6 is installed in a protruding manner on the upper part of the front panel of the machine room 2, and the light emitted from the lighting device 6 is irradiated at an angle to the glass door 5 as shown by the arrow in the figure, and is vertically arranged up and down. FIG. 3 shows an enlarged view of the illumination device 6, in which a fluorescent lamp 13 serving as a light source is provided to protrude forward from the front panel of the machine room 2. A U-shaped fluorescent lamp cover 14 is provided around the fluorescent lamp 13 to prevent the fluorescent lamp 13 from being damaged by external forces. By making the upper surface of the fluorescent lamp cover 14 at the same height as the upper end of the rail 15 of the glass door 5, it is possible to easily take products in and out.

The fluorescent lamp cover 14 has a U-shaped main body formed by a transparent member 16, and a semi-transparent film 17 is applied to the front part of the fluorescent lamp cover 14 so as to cover the main body. The front part of the fluorescent lamp cover 14 in which the transparent member 16 is coated with the translucent coating 17 is as follows:
A translucent cover part 18 is formed which partially transmits the light of the fluorescent lamp 13 forward and partially reflects it to illuminate the showcase 1.

On the other hand, a portion of the fluorescent lamp cover 14 made of only the transparent member 16 near the showcase 1 forms a transparent cover portion 19 that allows the light of the fluorescent lamp 13 to pass through as it is and directly illuminates the showcase 1.

As shown in the figure, the light from the fluorescent lamp 13 passes through the transparent cover part 19.
In addition to transmitting the light and directly illuminating the showcase 1, the light is reflected by the semi-transparent portion 18 and illuminating the showcase 1.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the illumination device of the present invention using another type of fluorescent lamp cover, in which a reflecting plate 20 inclined backward is protruded from the upper surface of the U-shaped fluorescent lamp cover. According to this embodiment, more of the light from the fluorescent lamps 13 is reflected by the reflector 20 as shown in the figure, and the showcase 1 is illuminated more brightly.
