However, in this method, the filling material flowing down into the cylindrical window frame material mixes with air,
There are disadvantages in that air bubbles remain after the filler hardens, reducing the non-combustibility and causing cracks in the filler.

る。 In addition, Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-16742 discloses that a foamable filler is continuously injected and foamed through an opening provided in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder while the cylinder moves in the longitudinal direction, and is then foamed by foaming pressure. A method is described in which a lid is brought into close contact with an opening from the inside to fill it with foam and seal it.

In the case of filling material, there is a drawback that the opening edge of the cylindrical body and the lid do not come into close contact with each other, resulting in poor sealing performance of the filling material.

Even when filling with materials, the filling material has good sealing properties,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a window frame material filled with a filler material, which can be filled with a filler material whether the window frame material is oriented horizontally or vertically.

る。 As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the window frame material is turned horizontally so that the through hole 61 of the lid 6 and the hinge 4 of the injection stopper 2 are above the nozzle receiver of the injection stopper 2. The injection nozzle 5 is inserted into the port 24, and a slurry-like filler 8 made of a noncombustible material such as cement or gypsum and water is injected into the cylinder 1 using an injection device (not shown). By injecting the filler 8, the filler 8 pushes open the closure body 6 and is injected into the inside of the cylinder 1, and the air inside the cylinder 1 is discharged from the through hole 61 of the lid 6, and the filler 8 is released. Filled. After filling is completed, the closure body 3 hangs down due to its own weight and approaches the closure surface 22. Thereafter, when the injection nozzle 5 is pulled out from the nozzle socket 24, the filling pressure of the filler 8 presses the closing body 3 strongly against the closing surface 22, closing the injection hole 21 and sealing the filler 8 inside the cylinder 1. be able to. The window frame material in which the filler 8 is filled in the cylindrical body 1 is left in the horizontal direction for a while to harden the filler 8, and then used as a window frame material.

The closing body 3' is shaped like a truncated cone with a tapered surface 3a' that comes into close contact with the enlarged diameter portion 23', and the closing body 3' and the plug body 2' are connected by a tension spring. The closing body may open the injection hole against the tensile force of the spring, and the spring may cause the closing body to close the injection hole after injection.
