Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 金属メツキされた合成樹脂素材の上に複数の
塗膜を成層した構造の車両用外装品の塗膜構造に
おいて、 上記合成樹脂素材の金属メツキ層の少なくとも
一部分を覆う、変性ポリオレフインと変性オレフ
インエラストマとを主成分とするプライマ塗料に
よつて形成された、厚さ寸法３μｍないし７μｍ
の耐チツピング塗膜と、 上記耐チツピング塗膜を覆つている、厚さ寸法
１５μｍないし５０μｍの意匠塗装膜と、 上記意匠塗装膜を覆つている珪酸塩と反応させ
た有機樹脂系又はシリコン樹脂系の、厚さ寸法３
μｍないし３０μｍの表面硬化処理塗膜と、 よりなることを特徴とする、車両用外装品の塗膜
構造。 ２ 金属メツキされた合成樹脂素材の上に複数の
塗膜を成層した構造の車両用外装品の塗膜構造に
おいて、 上記合成樹脂素材の金属メツキ層の少なくとも

と、 よりなることを特徴とする、車両用外装品の塗
膜構造。
