Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove paper dust without damaging a soft material and certainly draw out paper sheets one by one by providing a cleaning means which removes, in non-contact state, paper dust that adhere on the soft material of a roller for delivering paper sheets. CONSTITUTION:The soft material 1a of a pusher roller 1 and the soft material 2a of a picker roller 2 make contact with the foremost paper sheet of paper sheets 8 and feed it downwards. にそれと連動して回転するピッカローラ2を設けている
。ピッカローラ2は、その外周面の一部に軟質材2aを
設(うでいる。ピッカローラ2に対向して設けであるワ
ンウェイローラ4は、−・方向(矢印C方向)にのみ回
転可能てあり、プッシャローラ1が繰出しな紙葉類をピ
ッカローラ2と共働して下方に搬送し、高速回転するフ
ィートローラ3は、ピッカローラ2と共にそれを次工程
に送り出す。集積された多数枚の紙葉類8は、プッシャ
ローラ1およびピッカローラ2との接触が部分的に接触
するように制限しているカイトプレー1へ5とスプリン
グ(図示省略)によって常に矢印B方向に付勢されてい
るバックアッププレー1〜7との間に保持され、紙葉類
8の下端は繰出しの案内を兼ねたカイ1〜プレート6の

え、前記第一の軟質材および前記第二の軟質材の少くと
もいずれか一方に対して設けられ非接触状態においてそ
れらに付着した紙粉を除去するための清掃器を有するも
のてあり、特に清掃器として清掃ノズルと、前記清掃ノ
ズルに対して圧縮空気を送るカイ1へチューブとを備え
たものである。

と、前記プッシャローラによって繰出された前記紙葉類
と接触する第二の軟質材を有し前記紙葉類の送り出し動
作を行うピッカローラとを備え、前記第一の軟質材およ
び前記第二の軟質材の少くともいずれか一方に対して設
けられ非接触状態においてそれらに付着した紙粉を除去
するための清掃器を有することを特徴とする紙葉類繰出
し装置。 2、多数枚の紙葉類を集積して立位の状態で載置しその
最前位のものから1枚ずつ順次に繰出す紙葉類繰出し装
置において、前記紙葉類の最前位のものに接触する第一

気を送るガイドチューブとを備えることを特徴とする紙
葉類繰出し装置。
