Traditionally, in the service industry, when sending various information such as invoices and guidance to a large number of customers, information that corresponds to the customers such as the address and name of the recipient and notification information managed by a computer is continuously sent. This method streamlines the process of creating envelopes by printing continuously using a printer on envelope paper, then mechanically folding the envelopes to create envelopes, and then sending them. It's starting to look like this.

The form paper for envelopes used to create envelope letters is made up of three pieces of paper: top envelope paper, inner envelope paper, and bottom envelope paper, which are connected through the fold line, and these three paper pieces are mechanically folded into a Z shape and then processed. A piece of paper with an adhesive that acts as an adhesive under pressure and heat is pasted together to form an envelope by applying pressure and heating. There were also some that had a two-page layout.

However, in the process of preparing envelopes,
It is necessary to manually check the printed notification information, etc., and especially when the printed envelope form is divided into sections and sent to each business office, and the checks are carried out at each office, it is difficult to check the envelopes. Since it would be uneconomical to install production equipment for each, it was not possible to use a form that required equipment, that is, a form for envelopes using an adhesive that could be bonded by pressure or heat. For this reason, there was a problem in that the work of creating the sealed letter after the check was complicated, as it required manual application of adhesive.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional problems, in which three pieces of paper, the top envelope sheet, the inner envelope sheet, and the bottom envelope sheet, are connected through the fold line part, and the three pieces of paper are arranged in a Z direction. A form paper that is folded and pasted to form an envelope that can be spread open with tear-off perforations for opening along three peripheries, and said envelope paper has three peripheries on the back side excluding the fold line side. It has a sealing part,
In addition, the lower envelope sheet, which is approximately the same size as the upper envelope sheet, has sealing parts around the top three sides excluding the fold line side, and adhesive is attached to the sealing parts on the sides of the upper envelope sheet and the lower envelope sheet. An adhesive means is provided that includes an adhesive and a protective sheet that removably covers the adhesive, and when folding, a notch formed by cutting out the upper and lower sides of the inner envelope inward from the perforation for opening the envelope is provided. The upper and lower sealed parts of the upper and lower envelope sheets face each other, and one of the facing sealed parts is provided with an adhesive and a protective sheet that removably covers the adhesive. The present invention solves the conventional problems by providing a form paper for envelopes, which is characterized by being provided with a pasting means.

When creating a sealed letter from the form paper 1 for a sealed letter having the above structure, the protective sheet 51 is first peeled off.
By folding the three pieces of paper together in a Z shape, the sealed portion 2a and the sealed portion 4a, and the sealed portion 2c and the sealed portion 4c are bonded facing each other, and the sealed portion 2
b and the side 30 on the second fold line b side of the inner envelope 3,
The sealing part 4b and the side 31 of the inner envelope 3 on the side of the first fold line a are opposed and adhered, as shown in FIG.
A sealed letter A that is sealed on all sides and can be opened open is created by cutting off each sealed portion from the perforation c for opening.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, in a piece of paper provided with adhesive means on three peripheries, such as the above-mentioned envelope sheet 4, an adhesive 50 is applied linearly to each of the sealing parts 4a, 4b, and 4c. An adhering means 5' may be provided, which is a transparent film-like protective sheet 51' that releasably covers the adhesive 50 and covers the entire surface of the envelope sheet 4. By simply pasting a film-like protective sheet along the paper, the pasting means is formed, making it possible to more easily obtain a form paper for envelopes.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the top envelope sheet has a sealing section around the three back sides excluding the fold line side, and the bottom envelope sheet, which is approximately the same size as the top envelope sheet, has a sealing section at the fold line side. Adhesion having a sealing part around three peripheries of the upper surface excluding the sides, and consisting of an adhesive and a protective sheet that releasably covers the adhesive on the side sealing part of the upper envelope sheet and the lower envelope sheet. A means is provided to seal the top and bottom sides of the top and bottom sheets of the envelope through a notch that is cut inward from the opening cut-out perforations on the top and bottom sides of the inner sheet of the envelope when folded. Since the adhesion means consisting of an adhesive and a protective sheet that removably covers the adhesive is provided on one of the opposing sealed parts, the protective sheet of the adhesion means can be peeled off. With the simple process of folding the three pieces of paper into a Z-shape and pasting them together using the exposed adhesive, it is possible to create a double-page envelope by cutting around the three edges, allowing you to check notification information, etc. There is no need for any effort in the subsequent work of creating a sealed letter.
In addition, the upper and lower sides of the pasted envelope are directly adhered to the upper and lower sides of the envelope, which eliminates the need for pasting means for the upper and lower sides of the inner envelope, which is economical.
This has excellent practical effects, such as creating a sealed letter that is securely sealed on all sides, similar to when pieces of paper are glued together using a device.
