Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent condensation on the inner surface of an internal decorative panel and eliminate the use of a sealing material by providing a gap between an inner plate in contact with a fixing frame for mounting a double-layered glass and the internal decorative panel such that water vapor in the fixing frame is movable in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:An internal decorative panel 17 includes a protruded portion 18 around a hole for insertion of a fixing pin 14, the protruded portion serving to keep a gap 19 between an inner plate 9 and the internal decorative panel 17. More specifically, the gap 19 is adapted to be kept at all times even if the internal decorative panel 17 is fixed to a fixing frame 6 with the fixing pin 14. That is, high temperature water vapor flowing in from the outside of a refrigerator door passes through into the interior of the refrigerator through the gap 19. Accordingly, no condensation is produced on the internal surface of the internal decorative panel 17, and hence complete sealing of a transparent glass 1 of a double layered glass 4 located on the inside of the refrigerator and the fixing frame 5 with a sealing material 15, can be omitted.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, transparent door bodies for refrigerators and the like that allow the inside of the refrigerator to be seen through have been made of glass plates, such as those disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-9724. For example, as a conventional general structure, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a plurality of transparent glass plates 1 are laminated with spacers 2 for adjusting the distance, thereby achieving airtightness, the transparent glass 1, and the Nupacer 2. A double-glazed glass 4 made of a sealing material 3 which also serves as a fixing member is attached to a fixed frame 5. Then, an outer panel 7 having a cutout hole 6 that abuts the fixed frame 5 and the fixed frame 5 are filled with the outer panel 7, an outer decorative panel 12 is installed on the outside of the outer panel 7, and an inner decorative panel 13 is installed inside the outer panel 7. The fixing frame 5 is fixed with the fixing pin 14 of the inner decorative panel 13.
A sealing material 16 is applied to the transparent glass 1 on the outside of the double-glazed glass 4 and the outer frame 7, and a gasket 16 is used for sealing the inside of the refrigerator.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in a transparent door body having such a structure, the transparent glass 1
Due to variations in the application of the sealing material 15 applied to the inner panel 13 and the outer panel 7, water vapor condenses on the inner surface of the inner decorative panel 13, resulting in cloudiness, water accumulation, and the inside of the refrigerator cannot be seen. . Furthermore, if the sealing material 16 is applied in a large amount, it protrudes into the notch hole 6, causing a problem in terms of appearance.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the refrigerator door body of the present invention has the following features:
The double-glazed glass installation includes a fixing frame, an outer panel and an inner panel having cutout holes that abut the fixing frame, a decorative panel surrounding the outer periphery of the outer panel and the inner panel, and the outer panel and the inner panel. A foamed urethane insulation material is filled between the fixed frame and the fixed frame, and an inner decorative panel is placed between the fixed frame and the fixed frame on the inside of the door so that water vapor inside the fixed frame can move into the refrigerator. A gap is provided between the inner plate and the inner decorative panel, which are in contact with each other, and are fixed.

Effects The present invention has the above-described configuration, so that even if high-temperature water vapor flows in through the gap between the transparent glass on the outside of the double-glazed refrigerator and the fixed frame, the water vapor does not flow through the gap between the inner decorative panel and the inner plate. Since the fluid pressure is applied to the interior of the refrigerator, it is possible to prevent dew condensation on the inner surface of the inner decorative panel, and at the same time, there is no need to apply a sealant to the transparent glass on the outside of the double-glazed refrigerator and the outer panel.

In other words, the inner decorative panel 17 is fixed to the frame 5 using the fixing pins 14.
This is so that the gap 19 can be maintained at all times even if it is fixed.

In such a configuration, the formed refrigerator door has a gap 19, as shown by the arrow in FIG. There is no condensation on the inner surface of the inner decorative panel 1a, and it is not necessary to completely seal the transparent glass 1 on the outside of the double-glazed glass 4 and the fixed frame 5 with the sealing material 15. Therefore, problems with reliability due to variations due to work do not occur in the market, and the conventionally used sealing material 15 can be discontinued.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention provides a fixed frame for mounting double-glazed glass, an outer plate and an inner plate having cut holes that abut the fixed frame, and a pair of outer and inner plates. A decorative frame that surrounds the outer periphery, a foamed urethane insulation material is filled between the outer panel, the inner panel, and the decorative frame, and a decorative panel is placed on the inside of the door body in the fixed frame, so that the water vapor inside the fixed frame is Since the refrigerator door body is fixed, a gap is provided between the inner plate and the inner decorative panel that are in contact with the fixed frame so that water vapor flowing from the outside of the refrigerator door body can be moved inside. Since dew passes through the gap into the refrigerator, there is no condensation on the inner surface of the inner decorative panel, and there is no need to seal the transparent glass on the outside of the double-glazed refrigerator and the fixed frame, and sealing materials can be eliminated. Since there is no material left, reliability problems due to variations due to work do not occur. In addition, there is no problem with appearance due to pressure applied to the sealant, and the process of applying the sealant can be omitted, resulting in labor savings.
