That is, the internal dimensions of refrigerators such as prefabricated refrigerators are generally 1.8 to 2.4 m, and there is little space between the refrigerator and the ceiling of the building. Therefore, the refrigeration equipment and the ceiling of the building are close to each other. Therefore, when the heat insulating wall of a refrigeration system is integrally formed as in the past, there is a problem in that the heat insulating wall cannot be removed and repairs and inspections are difficult.

The cooling device according to this invention includes a U-shaped insulating wall that integrally forms the top and both side surfaces of a cooling chamber that houses a cooler and a blower, and a gasket intervening between the open surfaces of both ends of this U-shaped insulating wall. A flat insulating wall to be closed, and a co-coat which is formed slightly smaller than the dimension between the two flat insulating walls and sandwiching the upper wall of the U-shaped insulating wall and both flat insulating walls with the backing plate interposed therebetween. The contact surface between the letter-shaped heat insulating wall and both flat heat insulating walls can be reliably sealed, and each heat insulating wall can be removed laterally.

Fig. 1 is a cooling device showing an embodiment of this invention, Fig. 2 is a plan view of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a plan view of Fig. 2.
The AA cross-sectional view and FIG. 4 are the main parts of the BB cross-section in FIG. 2. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of this invention. In FIGS. 1 to 4, parts that are different from FIG. 6 will be explained. Reference numeral 20 denotes a U-shaped heat insulating wall that integrally forms both sides and the top surface of the cooling chamber 12, and 21 indicates a second gasket 2 at both open ends of the U-shaped heat insulating wall 20.
5 is interposed between them to close the opening surface, and 22 is an L-shaped insulating wall provided straddling both ends of the upper wall of the U-shaped insulating wall 20 and the upper part of both flat insulating walls 21. The backing plate 23 is formed to have a dimension L2 that is slightly smaller than the dimension L1 between the two flat heat insulating walls 21 before compressing the second gasket 25, and the backing plate 23 is
This is a U-shaped connector that fixes the U-shaped heat insulating wall 20 and both flat heat insulating walls 21 so as to sandwich the upper wall of the U-shaped heat insulating wall 20 and both flat heat insulating walls 21 with the U-shaped heat insulating wall 20 interposed therebetween. 24 connects the U-shaped connector 23 to the base plate 1
This is a screw for fixing to 7.

In the above configuration, the U-shaped connector 23
As a result, both flat heat insulating walls 21 are pressed against both vertical end surfaces of the U-shaped heat insulating wall 20 via the second gasket 25, and are also pressed against both flat heat insulating walls 21 by the U-shaped connector 23. The L-shaped backing plate 22 presses both flat heat-insulating walls 21 onto both end faces of the upper wall of the U-shaped heat-insulating wall 20 via a second gasket 25.

Further, when inspecting or repairing the inside of the cooling chamber 12, by removing the U-shaped connector 23, the U-shaped heat insulating wall 20 and both flat heat insulating walls 21 can be removed laterally.

In the above embodiment, the L-shaped backing plate 22 is provided spanning both ends of the upper wall of the U-shaped heat insulating wall 20 and the upper part of both the flat heat insulating walls 21. If it is relatively rigid, it does not need to be attached. In addition, two L-shaped backing plates 22
As shown in FIG. 5, it may be formed into a U-shaped integral body.

As described above, according to this invention, a cooling chamber housing a cooler and a blower is constructed by a U-shaped insulating wall that integrally forms the top surface and both side surfaces, and a gasket at both ends of the U-shaped insulating wall. A U-shaped connecting tool formed by a flat insulating wall that is closed by interposing the above, and formed slightly smaller than the dimension between the two flat insulating walls, and sandwiching the upper wall of the U-shaped insulating wall and both flat insulating walls. As a result, the U-shaped insulating wall and both flat insulating walls are fixed, so the contact surfaces between each insulating wall can be reliably sealed in a simple manner, and the components can be easily sealed during inspection and repair inside the cooling room. By removing the letter-shaped connectors, each heat insulating wall can be removed laterally, which has the practical effect of allowing easy servicing even when there is little space between the refrigeration equipment and the ceiling of the building.
