A lead stay connected to a brush or the like is assembled into a holder stay to form a holder stay unit, and the holder stay unit is inserted and assembled into a unit set chamber formed in a resin frame.
A locking portion of the lead stay is provided on the outer periphery of the holder stay, and the lead stay is assembled into the outer peripheral surface of the holder stay in a state where movement is restricted at least in the axial direction.
