Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust strength of oscillated laser light readily and effectively to a required value by adjusting degree of parallelization of an output mirror to a total reflection mirror by a driving device for parallelization adjustment of an output mirror and by changing an angle formed by a mirror surface of the total reflection mirror and a mirror surface of the output mirror. CONSTITUTION:Before starting molding, degree of parallelization of an output mirror 4 to a total reflection mirror 3 is changed variously, strength of oscillated laser light L in the process is detected by a laser optical detector 40 and a relation between tilting angle and laser light strength of the output mirror 4 are input to a computer 23. When molding is carried out by scanning laser light by a laser light scanning device 41, driving signal of servo-motors 31, 32 is output from the computer 23 and the output mirror 4 is tilted to acquire laser light strength according to scanning speed signal which is input to the computer 23. Therefore, laser light whose strength is equal to a required value is continuously oscillated from a laser oscillator 10 automatically at real time.
