Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery having an excellent charge/discharge cycle life and a high capacity keeping rate.
CONSTITUTION: In a nonaqueous solvent secondary battery having a generating element formed by integrally laminating a positive electrode body consisting of a carbonaceous material supporting lithium or an alkali metal mainly consisting of lithium and a positive electrode body having a composite oxide containing lithium as a positive electrode active material in this order, a lithium silicate is used as the binder of the negative electrode body.
