- 母材の歪計測部位に接着した歪ゲージの上面を
、該歪ゲージと母材表面にわたつて粘土質の防湿
剤により覆い、さらにその防湿剤の上面をゴム系
接着剤、シリコン系シーランド等の接着性と弾力
性を有する物質によりコーテイングしてなる歪ゲ
ージ取付装置。
