の中央から外れた位置に、流体流出入用のマニホ
ールドをそれぞれ設けて、内部に上記両端部のマ
ニホールドと連通する流体流路を単層形成した熱
交換用ユニツトを構成し、更に、該熱交換用ユニ
ツトを、上記マニホールドの位置が一層置きに一
致するよう勝手反対に所要段積層し接合してなる
