少なく、亦、押え部材の室外側へ金属製の補強板
を当て固着具で緊締するので、固着の際押え部材
が変位したり変形したりして、押え部材の両側端
が浮上がり取付部分の水密性、気密性を損う事が
無く、又補強板は相当の強度を有するので強風、
突風等に屋根が煽られた場合も、パネルが垂木等
から外れて室内の器物を破損したり人身を傷付け
る等の事故を起こす事は無い。更にカバー材によ
り補強板の上を覆うので固着具が露出せず、その
挿通部分からの雨水の侵入が無く、且、固着具が
見ないので外観を意匠的に見て良好に出来る。そ
の他取付施工に際し、室内側から受け部材、位置
決め体、パネル、押さえ部材、補強板を順次配設
し、これらを固定具により室内側から操作して固
定した後、カバー部材を最後に押え部材の屋外側
から取付けるので、施工の手順が単純で特別の熟
練者を必要とせず、特殊な工具も不要である。尚
パネルの厚さが大幅に変わつても同一の部品を共
用出来るので、例へば単板の板ガラスのみでな
く、2枚のガラス板をガスケツトにより、間隔を
保つて平行に保持し、その間に乾燥空気を封入し
た密閉構造の複層ガラスPの場合にも、寸法の異
なる取付金具を用意する必要が無いので、製作上
も在庫の管理上からも有利であり、更に単板から
複層のパネルへの切替え等の場合にも、簡単に、
且、経済的に対処する事が可能である。
