Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner having a simple configuration in which an over-load of a compressor is prevented even if a pressure opening or closing device is troubled and a heating operation can be continued.
CONSTITUTION: A compressor 11, four-way transfer valve 12, indoor heat exchanger 13, capirraly tube 14 and outdoor heat exchanger 15 are connected in sequence by pipe passages 16a to 16f. They are provided with an outdoor fan 18, outdoor temperature sensor 17, indoor fan 20 and indoor temperature sensor 19. The pipe passage 16b is provided with a pressure switch 21 for outputting an OFF signal to the outdoor fan 18 when a pressure of refrigerant is more than a specified value. In the case that an OFF signal is outputted from the pressure switch 21 just after energization of the compressor, the first discrimination means for discriminating if a temperature Ta of suction air expressed by a sensing signal of the outdoor temperature sensor 17 is more than T1 or not is provided and when the first discriminating means discriminates it as a positive one, the outdoor fan 18 is stopped for a minute of (t0), thereafter the first control means for driving it at a low speed is provided at a control part 1.
