態で送信を続けて処理25で送信制限タイマをカウント
して判断ボックス26でタイムオーバを判定すると送信
制御Tx信号を処理27でオフにして送信を停止させる
。一方送信が中断した状態でPTTスイッチを押した時
、判断ボックス15によって第1の基準値Tu以上また
は判断ボックス16によって第2の基準値TL以上であ
ると温度センサ3の検出値が判断されると、判断ボック
ス21によって送信制御Txのオフ・オンを判断してオ
