Abstract

PURPOSE: To repair an underground conduit line for securing water-tightness for a long term by using the liners of non-water permeability composed of a base material layer, an internal side front-layer section, and an external side front-layer section, impregnated with synthetic resin, on repairing the underground conduit line.
CONSTITUTION: At first, a first liner member 11 consisting of an external side front- layer section 4 and a first fiber layer 5, and a second liner member 12 consisting of an internal side front-layer section 6 and a second fiber layer 7, are prepared. After that, the first liner member 11 is inserted through a one-side man-hole and is positioned in a specified state over the full length of a drain pipe 1 between the man-hole and the other-side man-hole. After that, faced to the one-side man-hole, the end section of the first liner member is widened to be inserted slightly in a state that the tip section of the second liner member 12 is reversely turned inside the end section. After that, to the internal side of the tip section of the second liner member 12, required water pressure is applied by a feed water device, and the reverse rotation is executed toward the innermost section of the first liner member 11. Then, the other- end section of the second liner member 12 is bound in water-tightness, and the first and second fiber layers 5 and 7 are kept to be pressed.
